Russel came to our one location in the time he had said, reviewed our machine, gave an estimate and fixed it that day. Edgewater Appliance NJ was excellent, way better than the guy I used before and extremely more knowledgeable and reasonable price-wise, we are very happy with the service and really impressed with home advisor for suggesting this company. 5 stars all around.

Real prompt. Came next day. Friendly. Checked out everything on our old washing machine. When he left it worked better and quieter than it had in years. Carefully explained what we had to do to keep the machine in good working order. Would call "Russell" back.

Came same day, explained what needed to be done, quoted the price and went to work. Finished in an hour. Appliance was a refrigerator that motor wasn t working.

Russell was very professional and prompt. He was able to diagnose our dryer and explain exactly what happened and how to try to prevent for the future. He helped me understand what went wrong and possible troubleshooting solutions for next time. I would definitely use his services again and recommend him to others

The quality of customer service and workmanship is excellent, I assume cost was fair, $330 to replace a thermostat in my fridge, going by services of any other kind, didnâ  t receive any other prices so not sure if that is fair, cheaper then buying another fridge
