On time, knew what he was doing, clean and professional

My fridge stopped cooling/freezing all of a sudden, and I went frantic because it had my son's milk stored in the refrigerator compartment. I called eight appliance repair companies nearby but earliest slot available was two days after. Russell contacted me and said he could come over in two hours. He came at a little past 6PM, pulled out the fridge, immediately identified the issue, and got it fixed in the next five minutes. Russell is efficient, courteous, and genuine. I high recommend his service for anyone in need along the Hudson line.

Dishonest and way overpriced. He came for less than 10 minutes and charged $170 including a $75 service charge.

DO NOT USE HIM! He just replaced our Insinkerator garbage disposal and only changed out half (from the old one we had). He then threw out all the other pieces that he did not use. When I called him ask him to come finish the job he had started he said the plumbing part was too hard, and he would charge us an extra $150. He also did not connect the dishwater to it and that did not work until we had someone else come and fix it. He ended up giving us our money back, but we have to pay for someone else to come and reinstall and for the replacement parts.
