Project was completed right away prior to agreed upon deadline for the agreed upon price. Only minor blemishes for extensive masonry work installed.

He arrived exactly when he promised, instantly assessed the problem and repaired it perfectly. He cleaned up the work site meticulously, and even insisted on washing his hands outdoors to avoid soiling our bathroom sink. I found him to be polite, competent and professional. This is a company that is leagues above all his competitors. I would recommend Vini and Affirmed Construction to all, with great confidence and without reservation.

Workers arrived early and completed the project in one day, when i was expecting it to take 2 days or more. Workmanship was acceptable and a good value for the price. I would hire them again if needed for another project.

Project: Brick chimney waterproofing. Affirmed Sonsstruction had to reschedule the work several times due to bad weather. Not once did they fail to follow up to reschedule to complete this vey small project. They provided excellent quality of work with a positive attitude and professionalism.

Total roof replacement ...one day. Sent as many workers as were needed to get this done. Even the DirecTV installer was impressed by the job they did. One thing - they aren't much on paperwork which I found curious - but I have 35 years to worry about it.
