Affirmed Construction came to appointment on a Friday as scheduled, did a full inspection of the attic/roof and confirmed where the leaks came from. Their crew came and replaced four flashings and an attic fan the following Monday. They provided great service and offered fair pricing.

Very nice transaction from beginning to end. Respectful workers. Completed job quickly and cleaned up. I had brick stairs rebuilt and added on another request to replace a damaged sidewalk. They finished in 1 1/2 days. Amazing hard workers. It looks beautiful.

They replied immediately to my request. However, there was an issue regarding the actual day they were supposed to do the job. When they did not show on the arranged day, I called office and was told they would be there the following day. Again, they did not show to do the work, although Vinnie did come by, saying they were working in the area and would do the work the next day, which they did. No complaints with the work done, but their scheduling criteria needs improvement.

Though it is a small project, they verbaly offer one year warranty.

They came right on time and was finished the job well before I thought they would be. It was done well and they cleaned up very well after they were finished.

Company showed up within the time they stated they would. They diagnosed the problem and scheduled an appointment to replace both pipe flashings. The only issue I had was they did not call to tell us they were not going to make it the following afternoon for the scheduled appointment as my wife had to call them instead. Fortunately they were able to come the next morning, showed up on time once again, and finished the work.

Performed admirably. On time, quality work, cleaned up, never knew they were there except for the new roof.

Vinny and Henry were a pleasure to work with. they installed new vinyl soffits and fascia for me all around my house and the price was very reasonable.

I contacted several roofers about this project. Vini from Affirmed Construction returned my call immediately, set up an appointment to come out, then showed up on time! I contracted with them for the repairs and again Vini showed up on time, completed the job rapidly, and did so for less than other estimates I received. I highly recommend Affirmed Construction and Vini and would use them again without hesitation.

Hired a firm construction to repair a large stone patio that hadn't been taken care of and years. The result was high quality work done for a fair price. They cleaned up after themselves and did the work in a very timely manner. I would recommend anybody looking for masonry work.
