Professional team to work with. On time. Work site clean up (not every builder does that). They did fireplace chimney repair for us. We like the outcome very much and will recommend them to other people.

Vinny was efficient and sent Henry to perform brick repointing along the back of a 3 story brick house and the bottom of the front fascade. He charged $3300 for this, which I agreed to. We had an issue about who caused a drain clog and I did not appreciate Vinny?s handling of it. He got very defensive and made excuses absolving his workers of any involvement. No apology and called it bullshit over the phone.

Vinny is polite and professional and was prompt to get us a thorough and fair proposal to completely replace our deteriorating chimney. Henry made sure the job was executed on time and in a workman like manner. Their communications and work is excellent . I will be contacting Affirmed Construction, LLC with future work for sure.

Henri from Affirmed Construction replaced my chimney today. I chose him after his estimate because he was thorough with the quote. He brought a ladder and went up on the roof to view exactly what he needed to do. I got several estimates and many companies didn't actually go up there to look or even take out their ladder. They arrived on time and worked for a good four hours professionally. The new chimney looks excellent. I appreciated the occasional updates Henri gave while working to let me know what was happening. Had Affirmed replace my roof and they did a great job. They came early and were able to complete the job in one day. They worked hard all day and there were no issues. They also cleaned up after themselves and left everything like it was before they came. I would recommend.

I was blown away by how quickly Affirmed gave me an estimate and then completed the work. I contacted Home Advisor on Wednesday, Affirmed came on Thursday and gave me an estimate, I accepted the estimate on Thursday, and the workers came on Friday and completed the job. Henry, one of the installers, went above and beyond what was expected. I had contracted to have 3 roof flashings replaced, but Henry found that there were 4. He went to Home Depot to buy the 4th flashing and then replaced it. I really appreciate the excellent service and highly recommend the company.
