Mark (The Awning Angel), the Pro, went above and beyond anything I could have hoped for when I had this problem with my awning!!! I was impressed with how quickly I received a text from Mark asking about the issues I was having! ( It was after 9:30 pm on a Friday night!) (And I was having 70 guests the next day at 5:00 pm )Mark had a solution for me and the major problems I had with a back deck awning that had collapsed that worked out perfectly!! He was at my home on Staten Island by 11:30 am and completed the job expertly and efficiently!! I am an utterly and completely satisfied customer who would confidently recommend this company and this expert to anyone !!!

I called them about a problem with my existing awning. They answered promptly and came to the house the same day. We were worried that the fix would be expensive and take time. Surprise!! They fixed the problem immediately and at a very reasonable price. Would hire them again if needed..

Mark and his crew did a beautiful job in replacing 7 house awnings that were torn and discolored after 10 years use. They finished the job when they promised and were patient and professional. I could not be happier with the price and service we received.

I highly recommend Mark and his employees at DSM. I was in dire straights trying to get a contractor to fix my retractable awning. This company quoted me a price and fixed my awning. They were also extremely very nice and professional. Thank You DSM

They were a little hard to contact but in the end, they did an excellent job repairing our retractable awning and replacing the fabric. Other places we contacted refused to do the repair and instead tried to get us to buy a new awning at much higher cost.

They did a great job on making the awning from the old one.

The oven is not functioning after he came in yesterday. Prior to this, I was able to use it so I do not know what he fixed.
