MLZ Cleaning

Within the first five minutes the lady doing the dusting had dropped something. They smeared my new furniture with some cleaning product and left my mirrors smeared. I had to go behind them and put everything back in its original place. Two people were there for 90 minutes and they charged me $120. Outrageous.

Did acceptable job for one time cleaning. However, they did move items around to clean but did not put them back where they found them which was frustrating. Were not the best cleaners, but were not the worst either.

Great work, cannot get any better.

It was like my wife and I were following around a 6 year old saying what about this what about that. (Read this all the way through) We paid a high rate for a big "first time cleaning". Our house was not dirty, Melvin said we move furniture and get into all the nooks and crannies (without getting into all of his promises). We have a small 3 bedroom ranch with no basement. You can reach wall to wall in each of our bathrooms, yet they could not clean any room correctly. No furniture was moved and he gave us a hard time about the top of the refrigerator and ceiling fans. I am handicapped and would consider that normal cleaning I would do. Everything had streaks (usually from using dirty water). Once again we had to bring them back into the same rooms several times to do it right. We to hire a cleaning company to relax and I now need the help, but we had more stress than you could possibly believe!!! Final icing on the cake�they wanted cash when finished, we said no�they then wanted the check to be written out to cash, we said no. Then they gave us a hard time about a receipt. BEWARE!

Fast. Thorough. Efficient. Polite. Excellent.

Although MLZ did a decent cleaning job, they were over an hour late and asked for more money than they had quoted. When I asked why they were asking for $50 more than quoted, I was told they "cleaned really well and moved furniture" which I consider to be the job of a cleaning service.

The cleaning service was responsive to my initial request for service. There staff arrived to my home 1/2 hour prior to their scheduled time and were waiting outside my door. They were flexible in accomodating a last minute change on the day of the service. The cleaning job was well done.

Had a very good experience. Friendly, reasonable, job very well done for a good price. Also got them to do the carpet steam cleaning instead of the big name companies. Did a great job.

I sent them to my mother's house to clean her windows and blinds and paint her bathroom. They were exceptional. She was very happy with their work and intends to use them in the future. She said they were very clean and even hosed down the outside of her house. She was also delighted with the paint job.

Very hard working. I think that anyone would be pleased with their work. They do the work to your satisfaction.
