Description of Work: I contacted this company to get a quote for lawn maintenance for my house. I used their online form and left an email address and a phone number but never got a reply back.

+ -1 moreI spoke with Matt on the phone a few weeks ago who assured me he was happy to take on local jobs. I wanted to give him the opportunity since his business is in my town. He had his partner, Don call me but he could not accommodate my schedule for an estimate. When I had a schedule change I called and was told they were out of town but would call me the next week. I did not hear from them. I sent several emails but received no response. I called again and finally made an appointment with Don. I left work early to accommodate him and he never showed up. I'm disappointed because I had heard good things about Garabedian and I've held up getting back to several other companies who showed up when expected

Description of Work: The first time we hired them was for major landscaping job in our backyard. They leveled the whole yard. They put sod in and put in a retaining wall. This entire project was $30,000. We now have standing contract with them for lawn maintenance. They mow our 70x150 lawn once week in the summer months. They will be back out in the spring for a cleanup.
