Owner gave a honest evaluation of my roof, gave a fair estimate and completed the work as stated in the quote.

I had a whole house attic fan installed. Service was great and I m looking forward to the fan helping to quickly cool the top level to help keep AC usage to a minimum. Sam did a great job to explain everything before starting and finishing in the estimated time.

Due to damaged shingles and rotted frames, the roof on the patio of my house was leaking. This contractor came and did a proper inspection of the affected roof and then clearly explained whats need be done to me. The quote was fair, the job was carried out in a timely manner and the work was of good quality. Upon completion, they took post-job photos to demonstrate the repair and had the worksite properly cleaned . All in all, I am fully satisfied with my experience with Monarch Roofing, from start to finish.

We had Monarch Roofing do some masonry pointing on our 1939 townhouse. I was blown away by their knowledge and their technical expertise. I called for a quote and Matt got back to me quickly. When he came to view our property, I was impressed with his expertise and his approach to what we needed. They did the work when they said they would and how they said they would. I have since recommended them to a neighbor who was also really, really happy with their work on her project. We now have another neighbor who will be using them for a patio. When you do good work, you deserve praise and these folks are great. I recommend without hesitation.

By far the most professional and highly skilled company I've worked with. I had a chimney taken down and rebuilt from the roof line up. The most difficult part of the job was the pitch of the roof and how close my neighbors homes are next to mine, The crew skillfully put up scaffolding and took down the damaged chimney and built a new chimney in the same day. My neighbors didn't even know they were there. Crews cleaned up afterwards and it also a pleasure working with the owner in the contractual process. Top Notch Company! I will definitely use them again.

Did a full roofing replacement, good value, financing quick and easy. Workers were on time, professional and did a great one day job. They even assisted with cleaning the neighbors drive was since some of the nails spilled over there, really appreciated that. Roof looks excellent.

Had two steel chimney chase caps and pipes replaced, and an attic ventilation fan replaced by Matt. He provided me aerial pictures of before during and after job. Nice touch, as cant really see from street. Excellent workmanship and cleanup. Very polite and professional workers.
