Excellent work

Great job. Leon and his team took pride in what they did and and how they did it. Consequently both their construction work and their finishings were carefully executed. Leon makes sure to work with what you want and is flexible to changes or to ensure the job gets done right. Not only were we very happy with their work, but -- unlike many contractors who disappear on you -- Leon and his crew were always reliable (actually showing up early most of the time) and responsive (calls/texts returned promptly) right until the job was complete. Recommend!

Leon was very knowledgeable and professional. He and his team came in on time, always contacted me if adjustments needed to be made, and did a great job. He did his best to recommend quality materials at affordable prices. My bathrooms were in need of TLC, and he spent time letting me know what he recommended for each space while also letting me tell him exactly what I would like. Sometimes a contractor will be set on their job and how it is to be done. Leon was very open to hearing what I wanted. He completed the basement and upstairs bathrooms in a decent time. The basement bathroom was completely unfinished aside from having the showerhead and toilet installed. He and his team installed very pretty tiles and created a ceiling to enclose the open area and protect piping, and covered the open electrical areas. In the upstairs bathroom, he and his team had to redo some custom tiling to ensure that moisture would not slowly cause them to slip and fall off. He was patient, easy to approach while working, and open to my ideas no matter how big or small they were. I have invited him back for another project and would definitely recommend him to others. He has a knack for hearing what you want and making it happen. Check him out!

Leon is highly responsive, returning calls or text messages within a matter of minutes, typically. He is very easy to schedule with and he works extremely fast. Moreover, his work has proven to be very good quality and exactly what we asked for. He includes labor and materials in his pricing, which I have been very, very comfortable with. We've used him twice so far and are already planning out several more small jobs.

Overall we were very happy with the work he performed. He did have to replace all the rod as they were not strong enough. We would definitely use his service again.

Great, Leon was super professional. His worker was also very nice and professional. They were very neat cleaned up after themselves very well. Price was good. He responded very quickly and was the only responder from Angie's list. Work was quick and exactly how long he estimated. The only odd thing was I didn't have moldings done but I assumed the old moldings would stay on doors and windows and they are gone. I think that's partly my fault though bc we didn't discuss what would happen with the old moldings. Overall great experience I will hire again for future work in the house !

He did an AMAZING job my place looks like a totally different apartment thanks to him. Will be re-hiring him in two more weeks for more work.

I've used Leon for a few projects around my apartment. He repaired a wall where the plaster was falling off, installed my new kitchen cabinets and countertops, and painted. He is always courteous, neat and fairly priced.
