They provided a quote which we thought was reasonable. They gave us the soonest date they could arrive and they came the day they scheduled. They did the work professionally and left no mess behind. We have a large two story house so i felt the price was very good - and the house had not been cleaned in some time so it needed cleaning badly. In addition to cleaning the house they even did a light spray of the windows/screens, power washed the walkways and front porch/deck all included in the price.

I had originally given TruClean a B rating. Gregg called Immediately after my review and we both felt there was a miscommunication between us. He is very conscientious about his service. I have no fault with the gutter cleaning work done and we hired him to clean the windows in the spring. I changed my review to an A.

Everybody from Donna at the office to the workman on the job were extremely professional and nice I am so glad I selected them. I would highly recommend this company and would gladly reuse them on future jobs.

TruClean did a great job cleaning the exterior of both my and house and shed. The staff was very responsive to any concerns I had working on an older house (Including replying to my email on a Sunday), and the crew that came to the house were very courteous and addressed all of my concerns regarding the job. Everyone at TruClean were truly professional from start to finish.

Very pleased with this contractor. Owner, Gary, came on site to give estimate, clearly explained all the options and technical issues regarding type of products used. While not the cheapest of the quotes I got, prices were fair and he was very knowledgeable and responsive. The crew arrived exactly on time. They were efficient, friendly and also very knowledgeable. They took the time to answer all my questions and concerns. The owner also came to the job to check on everything in progress. I highly recommend TruClean.

Unfortunately for me, I was unaware of the email and had spoken to two other power washers/Soft roof cleaning company representatives. They were not able to start on my project for 4 to 6 weeks. My gardener said that he would power wash the roof the next day. The man who actually did the power washing said that he had 19 years of experience. He only did half the roof (he needed a longer hose) and did not come back. After about a week of unfulfilled promises by the gardener that the man would be back" tomorrow morning", I called TruClean and told them what happened. I spoke to the owner, who gave me some very good advice about how to handle the situation and told me that the power washing had just shortened the life of my roof by about five years. He even offered to give me credit for some of the money I paid the gardener for power washing half the roof. I went online and found that everything I was told about roof washing was true. I called my gardener after speaking with the wonderful people at TruClean. He doesn't speak English very well. He said that he would be there the next day. I wanted to be fair to him and pay him what he thought was reasonable for doing half the roof. I told him this over the phone and assumed that he was coming over to discuss his bill and pick up a check. Instead, I found him outside with a new man on my roof and the same power washer. The new man had just about finished the other half of the roof and went on to power wash the cabana roof, during which pieces of the shingles were washed onto the pavement. I am writing this review to praise the TruClean people and say that you only need an estimate from TruClean. Their estimate was the lowest of three by professional cleaners and only a little more than I had to pay the gardener, who unwittingly ruined my roof. Frederic H Deutsch MD

TruClean completely flushed all gutters and leaders of all leaves and debris and then cleaned and removed any residue on the house and property. The process was very well managed and executed. Gregg and his crew were professional, accommodating, careful and friendly. TruClean's superior system ensures that all blockage will be removed, which should be the goal of any gutter-cleaning service, but often is not. I will be using TruClean on a regular basis to maintain my gutters.

I usually pressure wash my own house but its very time consuming and I always can never get all of the baked on dirt off the gutters and the soffits. I also noticed a lot of lichen and moss on my roof and heard it can shorten the life of you roof if you don't take care of it, so I decided I would give a professional a chance. I was surprised when I saw the quote because I wasn't expecting the roof to cost more than the house. Greg was very helpful in explaining why it was more expensive and confirmed the importance of doing it. Donna was also very helpful in explaining the process and with scheduling a time that would work for me since I wanted to be there while it was being done. I wasn't expecting it to look much different than when I do it, but in the end I was very impressed. It exceeded my expectations and would definitely recommend using them. They even got the gutters and soffits to look like new. Very professional, very prompt and a fair price for the results.

Gregg and his crew showed up as scheduled. I loved the fact that Gregg was part of the crew. To me it is very important to have the owner there to supervise his crew and make sure the job is done to his (and my) satisfaction. There were two guys that spent all day washing 37 windows inside and out (poor guys!). I have the plastic dividers on the upper and lower windows which they removed one by one (including the screens) and cleaned inside and out. Gregg and his other crew member tackled the outside. One sprayed the soft wash cleaning solution while the other power washed. I was actually amazed how the dirt just ran off the house just with the solution. I used to spend a full day power washing my deck. They cleaned it in about a half hour (work smarter not harder the solution is the key). As an added bonus Gregg washed my Cedar shed that was looking pretty worn out and grey. Now it looks light new!! Very professional crew. Very polite. Would HIGHLY RECOMMEND and will use again!!!!

These guys are amazing. Patient, professional and a pleasure to work with. I felt that they truly cared about my needs and they did everything possible to make things go well for me. I called them on a Monday and asked how quickly they could assess and schedule work. We were hoping to get our home ready for sale and list. We were not on site as we had already moved across the country. They came down the next day and provided a thorough assessment and recommendation. They worked with me to keep costs down and gave me an Angie's list special price. When they came down to do the job, the water wasn't working. Dawn called me to let me know (we were not local) and was super flexible about rescheduling. When we resolved that issue, they fit me into their jam packed schedule...all so we could still list the house for sale quickly. We are also really pleased with the results (and so is our realtor). We had tons of dirt in our driveway due to a major yard project...but they got it all out. I would recommend them strongly.

The house, sidewalks and garage are another shade of bright! Everything is so clean and spotless that I have to remind myself that its my house. Had green moss growing on north side of house and Gregg said that it should not return with the solution that they use. I have 20 year old aluminum siding that honestly looks new and very clean. From the very start both Donna and Gregg were great to deal with, they immediately called to set up estimate. Appt was booked within a few days in April when everyone was doing their spring cleanups. One of my gutters had been dislodged from roof from a winter ice dam. Gregg went out of his way to tack back on the house. Which is a step above and beyond most service professionals. They definitely take pride in their work and customer service. I would use them again in the future and recommend them to everyone.

Terrific buisness! Quick response, thorough & professional. After looking at the job made some other suggestions which really made a difference in the overall outcome. Great communication, described everything that would be done, provided his insurance certificate without asking. The house, garage, patio and walkways are sparkling clean! Walking down the stairs this morning at 5am and couldn't help but notice the bright white porch concrete reflecting through the french door! Really improved the overall look of the house, tremendously!

I pre-purchased the $99 gutter cleaning service. I was contacted immediately (next business day) by Donna to schedule the cleaning. Due to the snow/bad weather at the time we set three tentative dates. Exact date was confirmed via email and Gregg showed up on time. Gregg and his team were very friendly and professional and did a great job cleaning the gutters and cleaned up all leaves, etc around the property that fell from the gutters. I highly recommend TruClean and Gregg for the gutter cleaning service (only service I purchased) and would use them again.

They did an excellent job. The owner's wife, who does operations, and the owner are very easy to work with.

Gregg & Donna were amazing. Scheduled a time for an estimate. They worked around my availability. They provided the estimate the next day. Once accepted they put us on the calendar. Gregg worked around the pool opening so the entire deck could be cleaned

They were very responsive with any correspondence (the 3 other companies I called didn't bother even getting back to me) and came in at a fair price. They charged the agreed price but actually treated more than they had initially agreed upon as they found extra areas with moss. I had concerns for the plants that live on the ground beneath the gutters as they use a chemical mixture to kill the moss but they were very careful to cover the plants and hose them off with water as they were treating spraying the roof (the plants survived just fine. The treatment was successful, the staff was friendly and professional and overall we were very happy with their service. My only complaint is that I was told the dead moss would wash away over time but it's been about six months and there's still a white coating on the black roof (remnants of the dead moss which turns white when it's killed). But the owner told me that if it didn't go away after the winter that I should call him and he'll come back to hose it off so that's what I'll do.

Very professional. Not only cleaned my gutters, but called attention to the roofing issue we had with the shingles covering too close to the gutters even took pics to show it. Plus they advised us that a sleeve was needed on a downspout on one of our new gutters on the side of the garage. Added bonus they washed down my driveway and even washed off my car. Great Job! I will be rescheduling for my fall cleaning.

I was very pleased with the entire experience. Donna in the office was pleasant and answered all my e-mails promptly. Gregg (the owner), and another man arrived on schedule and did a great job. When they were finished cleaning my gutters, they left my walkway cleaner than they found it. They were both very nice and took the time to speak with me without rushing off. All in all, I will definitely use TruClean again.

All around, these guys were just great. Gregg showed up on-time, evaluated my gutter situation and gave me his honest and professional opinion on how to best have them cleaned. He ended up having to use a power-washer to get the years of gunk out, and there was no extra charge. Gregg and his team even sprayed off all of the windows, deck and front porch so there wasn't any left over gunk anywhere on-site. They were very fast too -- done in about an hour or so. He gave me an assessment of where I may need to have one of my in-ground gutters snaked. Just a great all around experience, and I would highly recommend these guys. I plan to have them come back for an annual gutter cleaning, and probably some other work.

Gregg and his team did a FANTASTIC job at my house. The estimate was done with care and attention to detail, and Gregg is very personable. The estimate followup was prompt, as was the scheduling. The team arrived on the date of service on time and excited to get to work. I am so impressed with the quality of the work done. The house, roof, patio, driveway and walkways all look AMAZING!! Gregg and the team took their time to clean everything very carefully, and they succeeded in removing some tough stains from my siding.
