Carmelo and his team SET THE BAR for responsiveness and dedication to customer satisfaction. Legacy remodeled the front of our house, including a new front door, building a portico, fixing structural damage, siding, and window framing. Transparent every step of the way. Carmelo was flexible with decisions involving sourcing materials and was informative about our options as we made decisions throughout the project. We will be repeat customers in the future; I would trust Carmelo and his team with any project!

Overall we had a great experience with The Legacy Construction Group. Carmelo was upfront about the costs of our renovations and worked with us to help cut costs when necessary. He and the team made sure all the appropriate steps were taken to ensure approval from the town to have our wall taken down. Carmelo communicated well during the process of the construction and was present throughout each phase of the work that needed to be done to have our load bearing wall taken down. We were very pleased with the outcome and will definitely use them in the future for any other constructions needs.

Carmello and The Legacy Group were excellent. They gave you a direct quote of what everything would cost beforehand; you knew exactly the price and how much it would cost, no BS! On top of that, Carmello and his team were excellent at communicating, easy to work with, prompt on time, and provided fantastic work. After the project was complete, the area was swept up and cleaned. I recommend them to anyone and everyone who needs construction on their house and would certainly do business with them again in the future.

Excellent from start to finish

Carmello and team were delightful to work with. We had a porch deck that was rotting and we wanted it repaired but additionally wanted the porch screened in. The team started right away after hiring. We knew there may be surprises along the way, considering there was rot. Carmello was communicative and flexible to help ensure that our new porch would be safe and solid. Each day, the worksite was left swept and tidy. We will absolutely be working with them again on future projects.

Carmello is great. After a flood ruined my basement these guys completely repaired and renovated the space including new french drains, vinyl sheeting behind the drywall, dry locked the window wells and caulked all necessary gaps. Not cheap but they knew exactly what they were doing and since our area has had several storms w record rainfall and my basement has been bone dry. Would use them again in a heartbeat. Highly recommend.

It was done on time.They did a GREAT Job

A large ice dam was removed from my roof and gutters. I was concerned about potential costly roof damage with more snow and ice due in the next couple days. Carmelo and his crew were quick to help us out. Very reasonable rate for the work to be done and coming out to us less than 24 hrs after I contacted them. Everyone was professional and helpful. The work was done quickly and the crew cleaned up before they left. I will definitely use them again. I highly recommend The Legacy Group.
