Description of Work: Steve arrived exactly on time. He solved my water pressure problem quickly. While he was here he changed out the shut-off valves for my clothes washer. I had purchased a single lever shut off at Home Depot, he suggested that I return the valve and he installed less expensive 1/4 turn valves. He charged about half of what I expected. I would call him any time, he was friendly and courteous.

Description of Work: Used them for yearly flush of our system. We had used the company for the first time in 2007; did a fantastic, thorough job and seemed very knowledgeable. Our more recent experience was different. Left a huge, dirty mess behind and the price seemed very expensive. Our furnace failed (for reasons unrelated to Russo's work) so we had a different plumber come in to do emergency repairs. He noted that the system had been very poorly flushed and in fact had to redo the work himself (and this was just about 5 weeks after Russo serviced the system). We will not use them again nor would we recommend them to anyone.
