They gave me three options for the repair. I would use them again.

The job went exactly as I'd requested.

They were on time but extremely expensive. I would not use them again because they were so expensive. They were unwilling to discuss their pricing beforehand. For services render I didn't get the equivalent work done.

It was an emergency call and the tech was there very quickly. The line was cleaned out and everything cleaned up. Very easy; price a little more than most, but was worth it.

After scheduling the installation date for my new kitchen countertops, I called Russo Brothers to schedule the installation of the new faucet fixture. Russo Brother were able to give a two hour window on the day that I needed them to be here. The plumber showed up in that time frame and quickly got to work installing my new faucet. He also had on his truck the appropriate strainer and basket that was need to connect the drain to the sink. All went well as he was obviously a professional who knew what he was doing.

The technician was polite and told me in advance what this would cost. Then he told me that he had to install new valves and that it would cost extra. Each time he asked for my signature to approve the costs. Two problems: 1. Those in the know told us that there was no need to install new valves. 2. The charges were obscene. This job took under two hours, and the charges were easily 2 times what it should have cost. I would not call them or recommend them because of their prices. They refused to budge even when I wrote them a letter to complain. My mistake was in not getting an estimate in advance of the plumber's arrival. Next time I call anyone, I plan to get an estimate in advance.

The receptionist/scheduler was very nice on the phone and was able to schedule an appt. within two days. I got the sense that, had it been an emergency, they could have been there sooner. I did not meet the plumber - my husband did, but he said that the plumber was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. We're new to this whole home repair thing, and we've been told that the bill was a little high. However, given the responsiveness, I was ok with the slightly higher price tag. We'd tried three times to call another plumber, recommended by a neighbor, who never returned our call. Being busy professionals, we don't have time to chase down service providers, so we were satisfied to pay a little more to actually have someone show up! Overall, we were very pleased with our experience.

The service person, Terry arrived right on time. I appreciated that Terry put on sock/coverings over his shoes to keep my floors clean. Terry checked the toilet and said the problem might be with the supply tube or there could be a problem with a valve but would not know until he checked the toilet. He gave me an estimate in case the valve needed to be replaced. As it turned out, only the supply tube needed to be replaced. He replaced the shower head at no extra charge.

The man who came, same one both times, was very pleasant and seemed to know precisely what he was doing. He was very sure that he had diagnosed the problem. The first day he was here evaluating, he did tighten something on the shower. So when he came back the next week and found no wetness in the area where he thought the leak was coming from (after running the water for 1/2 hour), he was going to leave - assuming that what he had tightened earlier had fixed the problem. We insisted he cut into the actual wet area.(Wouldn't it make sense to look the most obvious place first???) And that is where the problem was. So, the hole he cut into the kitchen was completely unnecessary. We had to hire a contractor to fix the holes. The $850 for 3 hours of work I think is exorbitant.

We had a very positive experience. The technician was very polite and came during the time window. The company called to tell us he was on his way and were respective of our time. The technician was clean and did a very thorough job. He went out of his way to minimize, where appropriate, extra work to try to save us money. He cleaned up afterwards as well. Pricing is based on the job performed, not the time it takes, which ended up being good for us since the drains were very clogged.

We had the technician out twice, first for an estimate and then for the actual installation. He seemed knowledgeable and answered all questions we had before he started. He used covers for his work boots and laid cloth down over the floor to catch all of the mess. We were able to use the coupon from Angie's List and he left us with another discount coupon if we use them in the future.

There was a leak in the kitchen and I was not sure of the source. It was so bad that water was draining from the kitchen floor over the garage into the driveway. I thought I had isolated the water source by turning off the water under the sink the first time it was noticed but it continued to drain into the driveway. That was Tuesday, I called Russo Brothers, but they were not able to come to the house until Thursday between 11am and 2pm. On Wednesday, I found another water source and turned that off. The water stopped. On Thursday, the representative called around 9am and said that he was in the neighborhood and wanted to come by in about 20 minutes. When he arrived, he checked under the sink and did not find any damp spots. As a process of turning the water sources on, he found that the leak was in the water hose going to the refrigerator's ice machine. Overall service went extremely well.

The men from Russo Brothers were very personable and straightforward about what had to be done and how much it would cost us. They did the work with as little disruption as humanly possible. Everything went just fine and I would tell folks they are honest and reliable. I would recommend them.

Company answered call promptly, asked for detailed description of problem and advised what the up front cost would be for a visit. Technician would advise up front cost of work needed to be performed. Was advised scheduled time tech was to arrive. Tech called to advise he would be earlier than promised (called company at (9:30 AM, scheduled time was for 2 PM, arrived at 12:30 PM) Tech did testing, determined power snake was needed to clear clog, advised up front cost with service call charge included in total. Performed work in organized manner, used old towels supplied by me to keep area clean. Cleaned up, double checked problem resolved and advised for future care to reduce re-occurrence for future. I paid by credit card. Tech was pleasant, courteous and attentive. I would definitely recommend this service to others.

We liked the service we received from this company as they were very efficient and courteous to us the entire time. The new systems they put in are working perfectly and the price for the service was competitive.

Very well, would highly recommend. Showed up precisely on time, and all work done in just a few hours. Left workspace perfectly clean. Estimate and final contract competitively bid (2 other plumbers submitted). Very happy.

They are a great company to deal with. Once the are done they call to make sure everything is alright. The same man comes every time which is nice. They are a little expensive but worth it.

They were very professional and prompt. They came in my home, looked at the heater, explained to me up front what they were going to do and how much it would cost. I approved the job and they were able to immediately start since they had a heater on the truck. They cleaned up the water that got on the floor from the old tank leaking and took the old heater with them. I would highly recommend them.

They were on time and worked quickly. They even showed me where my main valve was located and tagged it so I could locate it in the spring. I was impressed with the knowledge of the person they sent to my home and would highly recommend them.

The plumber was on time. Had asked them to bring a variety of disposals, so that I could choose, but he had only one. It was very large and top of the line. Went ahead since, I was in a hurry to get it installed. This part of the bill was $667.00. He also replaced the diverter on a tub spout. This charge was $149.00. I said that I thought these charges were very high to what I paid recently at a home, I had just moved out off, and he offered to show the price list. I indicated that the price list said whatever they want it to say, but doesn't mean it isn't high. I had also received a postcard in the mail from them addressed to the previous owner. They would not honor the discount, because it was not addressed to me. I will not use them again.

The plumber was very nice and did exactly what needed to be done. He was a little shocked to see how old the tub plumbing was but tackled the job none the less.

On time, they will give you a window of a couple hours then call you when they are on their way. Professional, clean, good work. They work under a master license but you will get a tech, not a licensed master plumber, but they are qualified. They charge top dollar, however, they are in the upper range of prices. No answering machine, will always get a live person.

THEY DID A VERY GOOD JOB. THEY WERE PROFESSIONAL. THE PRICE WAS VERY HIGH BUT, IT WAS WELL WORTH IT. THEY DO VERY GOOD QUALITY WORK. THEY DID A GOOD JOB CLEANING UP AFTER THEMSELVES.

I FEEL THAT THIS JOB WAS TOO LARGE FOR THIS COMPANY. THEY TOOK WAY TOO LONG TO COMPLETE THE JOB, SO WE FIRED THEM AND COMPLETED IT OURSELVES. I ALSO FEEL THAT THEIR PROFESSIONALISM IS POOR.

THEY DID A REALLY GOOD JOB and HAD IT DONE IN RECORD TIME. THEY WERE POLITE, COURTEOUS, DID THE JOB AS THEY STATED, and CLEANED UP AFTER THEMSELVES.
