The worker's arrived on time as scheduled and replaced our basement and attic windows. All materials were removed and the work area was left clean. No issue with the quality of the work or customer service. We also used New View to replace 20 windows in the rest of the house 3 years ago. This was done in one day and we have had no issue with the quality of the workmanship or the windows themselves. We are very happy with their service and quality of work.

A salesperson came out to do a rough measurement and help my decide on the type of windows. She showed sample material and helped me pick windows based on my wants and needs. A contractor came a few weeks later to do detailed measurement and found the jams on some windows had to be built up for the windows to fit properly. This was a key step because if the contractor didn't find the issue with the jams, the windows wouldn't in the openings. They were very detailed here. A team of 3 contractors came to install 4 windows, total time was just over a half day. They were detailed and thorough. They cleaned up all of the mess they made. At the end of the day the lead contractor showed me how to take the screens out and how the tilt feature works. Dealing with New View was much easier than other contractors I have dealt with. Only small minus is the price.

They have very good doors. I would recommend them. If something goes wrong, they will come back. The owner himself comes to the house to do the measurements, make suggestions, etc. I have no complaints about them, they are a very nice company.

Flashing on door frame was put on sloppily, uneven width at bottom, rain able to penetrate to start to ruin new wood floor. Company was called about correcting the flashing, as it appeared that it simply wasn't firmly against underlying wood, and should have been a simple fix. Indifferent response from them, indifference to rain penetration as well. New storm door was ultimately put on by competent company who stated that for the 1/2 hour the frame correction would have involved, they would have done it right away rather than risk their own reputation, as New View did.

Overall, I couldn't be happier honestly. These windows were definitely an upgrade from what I originally had, and they are very professional from start to finish. Salesman (Marc) wasn't very pushy, and was knowledgeable. So knowledgeable in fact that he is the one that did the pre-construction measurements. A lot of the other companies I've had in for estimates were all very "scripted". The only gripe I had was the length of time it took to manufacturer my order, and also they were a bit more expensive than the others. The #1 reason why I went with them though is because they've done a TON of work in my condo community. To me, it was perfectly fine to pay a bit more to make sure the job is done right, and that is exactly what I got.

They are good. I would use them again in the future.
