John responded to my call immediately on a Thursday. He arrived at my home about an hour after I called, even though I didn't tell him it was an emergency (because, well, I didn't think it was). He very clearly showed me what the problem was, and fixed it immediately. We'll definitely be using him for our future electrical work!

John did an excellent job. He came when he said he would. He was very pleasant as well. He finished in a short time.

First rate. It took John Ignozza only about 3 minutes to fix and he didn't even charge anoything. I'm passing his name on to our condominium community manager and will certainly use him again when professional electric help is needed.

Excellent. Very responsive and delivered a good quality job. Nice panel installed, looks neat and clean and is functional. Had to go back to the supply store to pick up another piece and made sure to finish the job in time. Had to do more work but did not charge more. Also did a permit application. Was originally not included and did not charge me for that. At end of the job ensured that the generator connection was working , went through the whole house to check and ensure and explained me thoroughly how things worked. Great job, fried fly and trustful

John responded to my voicemail within the hour. He asked me a few questions to determine exactly what kind of switch I needed, quoted me a price, and did the job later that same day. In addition to replacing the switch, he patched a small hole in the wall that the old switchplate had been covering. He did a great job and was very friendly and pleasant to work with.

John was very helpful and honest. Definitely hire again for future electrical need.

Pricing was good. John understood our situations. He and his crew arrived on time. He also explained in detail on the work needed to be completed. He also arranged the inspection to be completed by the town. It was a very good experience working with John.

It went great -- we received an estimate and purchased the smoke alarms and lights we needed. We then contacted the business to schedule a time when the work would be completed. John was on time, professional, and very helpful. We had a wiring issue after having some AC work done near one of the smoke alarms, and he explained to us that it would be wise to replace the smoke alarms (they are hard-wired in). We really appreciate the work John did and would certainly hire him again.

I tried Ignozza Electric after receiving no callback from two other local electricians. John answered the call right away and offered to stop by the same day to assess the problem. He came as promised and was able to quickly identify and correct the issue. He also took the time to educate me on how to avoid similar problems in the future. I phoned Ignozza Electric this morning. On the phone, and at no charge to me, I was told exactly what I need to do. All is well. I am delighted with this company's attitude, and will be calling them again when I need electrical repair.

John was very polite and professional. He ran all the wiring including CoAx and CAT5 networking cables through our house. We are very happy with the work and have not had any issues with any of the electrical work. The Inspector even made a few good comments about the neatness and the correct placement of where and how the wiring was placed. John also explained how we could save a lot of money over time using LED lighting, we are extremely happy we went that route as our monthly electric bill was cut in half, and we put in 70% more lighting than was in our original house before renovations. We also had John back a few times since October for hooking up washer dryer and putting in an extra outlet downstairs. Overall very professional and worth the call. We look forward to using his services again.
