East Gutter Cleaning

Cleaning was fine, but ladders left two of the gutters with indentations. Prior work, 2013, was better.

It was very easy to setup the appointment. They came, cleaned out the gutters and removed any leftover trash.

They were easy to schedule, prompt, and did a good job. I had contacted other companies prior to speaking with East Gutters who wanted to charge much more. The price seems ridiculous. I am so happy I went with East Gutters instead.

That was lousy. It was a year ago. They did a real terrible job. They didn't did not really get cleaned as good as they should. It was a good deal price wise but that is about it. I think it was a big waste of money. I will never do business with. Very poor quality. Responsiveness was okay. When you say you are going to do something you don't do it I think from a professional point it is crummy. The workers made a good impression but they are really young guys. I think they were trying to get some money fast and it effected the quality of there work.

They came out to inspect the damage and then sceduled the repair,they were able to repair the existing gutter. I am thrilled with their prompt and courteous service. If any future work is required I will call them.

Hired to fix all mitered corners 6 in total. Called them up on Wednesday they were on the job on Thursday and all done by 12 noon. Promised they would use roofing silicone as recommended by experts so we are optimistic that it will last. Pretty happy so far but the next rainfall will tell the tale. An overall painless experience.

The Provider did nothing. They never called to schedule with me. I called them 3 times to arrange an appointment for the $150.00 big deal. The girl who answered the phone stated someone will call me back to arrange an appointment. No one did. This went on for 2 weeks. I cancelled with Angies List?..who RIPPED me off $10.00 and only reimbursed me $140.00 instead of the $150.00 paid. I purchase another big deal that same day for a roof inspection?that went well as that company scheduled an appointment and already did the work within a week. People DO NOT PURCHASE big deals?.you will be ripped off by Angie's list and can be ripped off by company taking the money from Angie's list and never even calling back to make an appointment. BEWARE

Never got scheduled. They got paid and never bother to try to schedule a time to come over.

Fantastic work at a great price - reminds me why I joined Angie's list. Lately I have not been so pleased with Angie's list as it is just polluted with these analysis/inspection gimmicks which are just a prelude to a huge upsell - ultimately just a waste of time and money. East Gutter Cleaning however is just one of those rare gems that you can come across - where you walk away feeling like the quality and quantity of the work far exceeded the price paid, I would recommend them to anyone without hesitation.

Went well. There was a lot of debris in our gutters evidenced by the large trash bag they left. I will use them again for the fall season cleaning.

Called East Gutters Cleaning and set a date for gutters to be clean, had to wait for 2 weeks until they could come out. They set a date for 7-8-15 between 8:am to 11:am. On the day of the appointment I was waiting in the house until 11:00am and no one had shown up yet, then I called them to see what was going on. The girl from the office said that the guys would be there in a few minutes. So now it's 1:30pm and still no one has shown up yet, there was no phone calls of any kind if they are running late or can't make it NO PHONE CALLS. So I left for the day, I called back to the house to check with someone there to see if anyone had shown up yet STILL NO ONE. The next day I received a phone call from East Gutters Cleaning to tell me that the gutters had been cleaned, I said really what time did they come, the girl couldn't give me a time but the bill should be at the front door or in the mail box. I check and there was no bill at the door or the mail box. Then she said she will speak to her supervisor about it after I had told her that I was there until 1:30pm. I then ran upstairs to check on a couple of gutters that I could see out from the windows, they were still clogged and dirty. The next day the supervisor had called me back and still claimed that they were there and had cleaned the gutters and that there was a couple of corner joints leaking and need to be repaired, they were the exact corners that I had told him to look at when I made the appointment. I told him if they did come then they didn't do a really good job, because I have pictures of the gutters that was still clogged and dirty if he wanted proof.

The gutter replacement project went well. Thanks to Carlos and team for doing a good job. There were some schedule changes due to thunderstorms but Carlos kept us updated on the schedule changes.

They were very good. They were very professional. I was very happy with them.

In general the experience was positive. They came out to clean the gutters and at the same time were able to estimate the cost of putting mesh screens on. Did the job while I was away on vacation and I came back to find pieces of mesh screen strewn in different places on my lawn as well as an empty box that I assume was used to transport the screens left on my roof. I called to express my displeasure and my wife informed me that someone came by to get the box off of the roof the next day but I had already removed it. Professionalism in a job is not just the job itself but cleaning up afterwards. It should not have taken an angry phone call to have someone come out to clean up after the job. Like I previously noted, overall the experience was positive, I would just recommend that any future homeowners hang at home if having anything other than a cleaning done to make sure the job is finished properly.

The two men that cleaned the gutters were great. While on the roof cleaning the gutters, they also cleaned a skylight window. They cleaned up any debris on the ground resulting from their gutter cleaning.

Scheduled them to come and clean the gutters. Called a few days before to confirm the appointment. The confirmed they were coming. No one showed up for the appointment or called to say they weren't coming. Waited until the next day?still never showed.. Called the office. Got Voicemail. Left a message asking them to call me to let me know if they planned on coming to my house. No call back. Very unprofessional.

Needed gutter repairs due to ice dams this past winter. Purchased a deal on Angie's list for $99 to do $200 of repairs to my gutters. Chose East Gutters because of good reviews. Initial contact with Carlos was good. He explained that because of the age of my gutters and their method of attachment, they could only be replaced. Disappointing to hear, but went with the full replacement for the whole house. Also wanted a heated wire system for the area prone to ice dams. Communication from East Gutters is their big issue. Things became disappointing as we were trying to finalize the type of heated wires to put in. I had to call and email quite a bit to move the project forward. Carlos told me he tried calling, but I didn't have any indication of that on my phone. On installation day, Carlos called that morning to tell me they wouldn't be out that day because one of his installers got in a car wreck. Stuff happens I guess. I rescheduled . On installation day "Version #2", I called around 9 to check to see where the crew was and when I could expect them. I was told they were on their way and would arrive any minute. Noon rolled around and still no crew. Told them to cancel, as I had an obligation later in day and wanted to be home for the install. On installation day "Version #3", the crew showed up on time and got right to work. Quality of work seemed to be good, although the crew did not have the plastic drain into the ground to replace my broken one, which Carlos said they could take care of. A week after the install, a heavy rain revealed a significant overflow area that needed to be addressed. Scheduled the repair trip on Thursday the 18th. While I was away on business on Wednesday the 17th, my wife called and told me the guys were up on the roof fixing the gutters. She didn't even know they were there until she heard the clanking noises! Carlos said he had me on the schedule for Wednesday. I told him that was incorrect, as I knew I would be out of town for work that day, and that I wanted to be home when they returned. Told the installers over the phone to leave and come back when they were supposed to, BUT THEY DIDN'T LEAVE! They kept working! Had to call the office multiple times to get them to leave. Unbelievable! They returned the next day and we discussed the problem area. They fixed it and as of now it seems OK. We'll see at the next big rainstorm. Was surprised to have such a bad experience with these guys, as their Angie reviews were pretty good. The work seems to be good, and the overflow area is a portion of the roof with complex angles, so I'm not upset about that. But their communication, reliability, responsiveness and timeliness for me was worth a "D" at best.

overall everything went smoothly. They missed installing a new piece that was listed on the quote, but when i pointed it out, they quickly resolved the issue.

They're pretty good, they're really quick. We did have one issue and they came back and fixed it.

Fine. Made repair and looks like new. Cleaned-up all debris.

It was fair. They didn't come when they were supposed to come. They missed their first appointment. I wasn't very pleased. I told them they could come when I wasn't home because it was just my gutters. That was kind of frustrating. Due to the rescheduling, I had to make sure they did the work. It was very hard to reach them. They knocked a part of the gutter off and my husband found it while he was mowing. They called me after the fact about paying more for other services but all I wanted was the cleaning of the gutters. I didn't even use $200 worth of services I had paid for. When they called me for more money they had someone that didn't know much about the business.

I only called to get a refund because of the bad weather.

They were great. They showed up and did a great job. they were fast and clean.
