Description of Work: I did not know that my gutter was custom made and patented by company that installed. spoke to east gutter on phone and described, and he suggested I email photos, which I did. he called me back immediately to say he could not obtain gutter that I needed. suggested that I contact angies list for refund.

Description of Work: I had to give 3 dates for service. I did. No one contacted me until after the last service date. I was a technician would come out and see what had to be done. No one ever came I sent another email to the company and they replied the technician would come on Monday the 18th of Aug. I asked if they could call me and let me know when he would be on that date. Today Aug 18, 2014 no one has contacted me at all. I think that East coast Cleaning is the worst company I have ever tried to work with.

the service dates are suggested by angies list and we are in no way or form obligated to go with those dates, this is why we call you to do an estimate. we are a company not just a guy going from house to house hoping to get a job, we have to give you an estimate and then follow up with you and if everything is clear we can then schedule you for a date to do the job. It is impossible to just go and guess and fix what we think is wrong without checking with you. As a home owner take this as an advice and expect an estimate before having people go over your house and fix something that way you and the company both agree on what will get done and everyone is happy. Hope your gutter problems get resolved.

Went fine.
Description of Work: Came out on the scheduled day and cleaned gutters while I was at work and let me know the next day that I needed a section replaced/repitched. Not a surprise: it had been leaking out the end for some time. They came back a few weeks later to finish the job.

It didn't!
Description of Work: Provider made initial phone call on 7/17 and asked me what the problem was. I mentioned the problem which was also written in the comments section in detail. I have not heard back from them since. I want a refund of my money. I have had the roof repaired by someone else at this point.
