Description of Work: The company agreed to power wash the house, clean the gutters, and powerwash and clean the roof as needed (for an additional charge). The workers showed up late on the scheduled date, and spent half their time on break. They cleaned the gutters by powerwashing debris in them into the drains, thereby clogging the drains. They did not powerwash a significant piece of the roof. They were not careful in their work: the broke one of our lanterns near the front doorway, requiring us to replace both of them; they refused to accept responsibility for their actions. They caused a leak in one of the gutters which seeps inside the house; they refused to accept responsibility for this. They did not clean up the debris from their powerwashing, leaving a mess in the yard. They did not powerwash all that they agreed to do, and had to be asked to hit a few obvious spots that they had missed. The cost of cleaning up and fixing up their mess far exceeded the cost of their service. Overall a terrible experience. They deserve an F rating.
