My experience overall went very well. They were very efficient and the work provided was great. The pricing was reasonable. I would highly recommend them to others.

We had very bad clogged gutters and after massive rainfall the gutters were just pouring water as if there were no gutters at all. I called up East Side after seeing them on Angies list and the person on who answered was nice enough- I asked how soon they could come out and what they do when they get there. He replied that they would come when a spot opened up that week and clean everything out and they would need a water hookup outside to test all downspouts .I asked about our underground drains that the spouts drain into and he said they would check and flush those also. The next day I called to ask for a definitive time since it was left open ended and was told they most likely would be there Thursday(which they were) and would leave bill in door. When they arrived on Thursday I was not home and my wife was inside with our baby and she told me they came and were gone in 15 minutes. They knocked on door and told her they were there but that was the extent of the communication she had they just left the invoice in the door. When I got home I checked everything but since I cannot see into downspouts I have no idea what was cleared and what wasn't but I can tell that the gutters were free of debris and they definitely had one of the downspouts that drained to street blown clear. Have not had much rain to check yet if any issues. They also bagged "most" of the crap that blew out of gutter some was left all over the bushes but not too much. The only thing I would say needs improvement is when they are done they should tell the homeowner what they did and if there were any issues- I called them the following day to see if they could tell me if there were any issues with the underground drains and was not expecting the person on the phone to know, however, they must have put notes in the computer system and he told me there were no issues......so if you follow up at least they have some info to share. Overall, seems like a pretty good deal considering my gutters are extremely high off ground and my 40" ladder barely gets me up there and I hate heights. (90 dollars is worth it to me) and they are efficient and pleasant to talk to (on phone)

It was great, they were very good. They showed up when they said they are going to show up, they did everything well and in additional to that, they sent me a video of them actually cleaning out the underground line. I wasn't here and my wife was here at that time so I didn't see them physically. I signed a contract with them.

Excellent overall--came out to our house quickly and cleaned our gutters for a very reasonable price. They were also honest and straightforward with us about the need for gutter guards, instead of giving us a hard sell. Would definitely use again.

I was very happy with the gutter cleaning service performed. The two guys that showed up were quick, punctual, and nice. However, the second time when they came for fixing a piece of aluminum that had blown away because of a storm, they asked for $200 instead of teh $100 that I was quoted on the phone. Since my was house was to be placed on the market, the next day and the fact that I had waited on them to come for three days, I didn't have an option but pay them the outrageous amount. It was highway robbery and on another day under difference circumstances, I would have told them to take a hike.

I was very pleased with the work performed. Fast ,efficient & reasonably priced! Will use them again and would highly recommend their service! I only wish more service providers were as customer oriented as East Gutter Cleaning!

The two-man crew showed up when promised in a trucked that was identifiable as the compnay hired. They were professional, courteous and thorough. They were done quickly and left the bill in my mailbox. Will probably use them again in the Fall.

Company manager responded quickly to my requests for job proposals and represented the company in an exemplary manner..... Dates were set to do the work.....There was no delay.....Workers were very courteous.....Job was completed the same day..... The company owner arrived unannounced while the work was in progress at my North Jersey residence.....Very impressing! The new gutter systems worked perfectly throughout the many rainy days that followed the installations. Without a doubt, I would recommend the East Gutter Cleaning Company to anyone interested in a quality installation and a fair price.

They performed exactly what they quoted. They showed up, were professional and got to work. I have a lot of Oak trees which clog the gutters and create over flow which washes away the mulch. I will have them come every year to do a spring cleaning.

Very easy to schedule. Person who answered the phone was very helpful and efficient. The work was done on the day scheduled and premises left clear of any debris.

Initial contact was very informative and precise. The estimator used a "goggle earth" approach to give an initial estimate while I was on the first phone contact. One of their field people looked over the job and made a good improvement suggestion. At the same time I questioned what choices were available for gutter guards. They were very informative and I am very pleased with their installation and roof cleaning. They had to work around nets I had over the bushes for deer proctection, which they did without damage. They were on time for each commitment and from my perspective they were very efficient getting both the new installation and roof cleaning jobs done. Roof cleaning is a messy business but their clean up was great for both jobs.

It went very well. I sent an email requesting a quote, they called that afternoon with a price. The work was scheduled within 10 days of my original request.

Substantialy lower than 3 other estimates I received. Gutters were cleaned as promised. i will definitely use them again

This is the second year we have used East Gutter Cleaning. The do an excellent job at a reasonable price. The workers are pleasant and efficient. My car was parked near where they were working and they made sure to wash it before leaving. All material is bagged and left for garbage pickup. I have had no problems and will continue to use them.

I was anxious to have my gutters cleaned in advance of the storm. Owing to all the last minute rush (apparently I wasn't alone) East Gutter Cleaning couldn't guarantee a time but assured me they'd be able to do the job. They arrived on Saturday, were personable and thorough. They cleaned up after they were done and were reasonably priced. I plan to use them again in the future.

Excellent work! Workers showed up as scheduled and did excellent work. Cleaned gutters for $80 and installed 60 ft of gutter covers that I supplied for a very reasonable rate. Will definitely hire again.

They came, they cleaned the gutters, they cleaned the debris and left. No problems, fair price, professional. I believe they were later than planned because of confusion with the address, but it was not by much and they called to advise (I should have written earlier so would have remembered better). Gutters are still clear and I will use them again when the leaves fall.

They were thorough and they showed up on time and on the date they said they would. They left a bill in the mailbox. It was great for busy people.

They were professional and cleaned up all the debris after they were done. Only one issue I had was they did not give me a specific window of time that they would appear and not wanting to have them clean the gutters while I wasn't home meant I had to wait for them all day (they came at about 4pm). I would absolutely use them again in the fall.

There was a confusion with the scheduling, they could not find my appt but after about 2-3 hrs they were able to send a team over to perform the job. They were efficient though they left the debris in a black garbage bage on my property without my knowledge. This was inconvienient as my town wont pick up leaves in garbage bags (must be brown paper bags); had I known I would have gladly provided them with the appropriate bag. Other than that it went well.

The guys came, did the work and cleaned up. They did a good job. We got the cleaning and the screen (just the front of the house) for the same price a competitor wanted for just the cleaning.

They arrive on time most of the time. The quality of their work is good. They are professional while they work. I will continue to use them in the future.

I called the builder of my home and he said they drain had an elbow in it and the snake could not get through but water could. They left the 2 openings uncapped and the pipes were sticking out of the ground. I called the company back several times and twice they have not showed up and they increased the price. Now I am paying for their lack of knowledge to do their job. They are sending someone today to collect money from me. None of this should have been done because nothing was clogged initially. All the other liters that flow into the underground system work fine so what did they fix? This company is incompetent and does unnecessary work. The initial cleaning was $148. I was told the snaking was $120 and they charged me $180.
