East Gutter Cleaning

Due to snow, they were not able to do the job when scheduled but they came on a Sunday and cleaned the gutters. They bagged the debris for me to discard. They were courteous and quick.

1. They were supposed to call the day they came by and didn't. 2. They left 2 bags of wet garbage in the street in from of my house & because they didn't call like they were supposed to, I had no idea what was in the bags. 3. I had to drag the heavy bags to the side of my house to transfer the leaves to a lawn & leaf bag that the town would pick up & then drag back out 2 days later for recycling day. 4. I also had to powerwash the siding on my house because there was mud & sludge all over it. (I have photos) 5. I had to rake up all the leaves & trash they left in my backyard. (I have photos) 6. When I tried to explain this to Carlos, he kept interupting me & accused me of trying to cheat all the people that work on my house out of their payment & said he would send me to collections after only "doing" the job 2 weeks ago. I told him I was going to give them a bad review on Angie's List & said, "Do whatever you want. I don't believe anything you say anyway." Carlos is extremely unprofessional. Not only will I never use his services again, I will make sure all my neighbors in Little Falls, NJ know about what he did, didn't do & his inappropriate behavior. I can't believe this company is even allowed on Angie's List. Makes me think seriously about not renewing with them as well if this is the type of service they endorse. I called and no one returned my call. 1 1/2 weeks later, when I did finally hear from them, it was not to discuss or ask about service but to demand payment after only 16 days! Even American Express allows their clients 30 days to make a payment and without threatening to immediately send them to collections. I'm sorry your business is so slow that you have time to harrass clients for payment but clearly based on your service and unprofessional behavior, its not surprising.

Went very well, it took about an hour to clean up all gutters.

The workers arrived on time. There was a bit of a language barrier but the work was completed efficiently.

They did a great job. However, within one hour after leaving my house, a man from the office called and said that one of my gutters needed replacing and then quoted a price of approximately $200. I called my contractor who installed the gutter 5 years ago and had him check it out. He determined it did not need replacing and was in proper working order.

Work was very good. One downspout was not reconnected to the gutter. I was able to reach it from a window so did not call them to return to reconnect.

Climbed front and back gutters. Climbed on the roof and made sure all gutters were clear.

He came out and did great work, and even called me the next day to advise me about getting new screens, which was very helpful. I asked him to contact me in the spring about this work. I'll probably get another quote at that time.

The East Gutter Cleaning team arrived late in the afternoon which is what we had requested. They explained what they were going to do and then set about their work quickly and without any issues. It was a straightforward gutter cleaning job and they did excellent work and cleaned up after themselves. They inspected our gutters and reported that everything was in good shape. We were so pleased that we signed a contract for regular service. They even offered an Angie's List discount which we were unaware of. Having used several different gutter cleaning firms over the years, we are pleased to report that East Gutter Cleaning is at the top of our list for price, service and quality.

The service was simple and painless. They provided quotes and recommendations on items i had concerns about while they were onsite to clean the gutters. Scheduling was easy, and crew was punctual. I will continue to use there service in the future.

We purchased the 50' of gutters deal they have. They called us during normal business hours some time after we purchased the deal. They scheduled a time for about a week later. They showed up and got the job done pretty quick. They even tightened up some other gutters we had loose. No frills, its gutters. If we ever need gutters replaced in the future we will use them again.

I asked for he gutter cover system and they did the downspouts too and now wants me to pay $200 more than what I agreed to.

He did a wonderful job. He was very helpful and he did a very clean and thorough job. We were able to schedule it within a few days. There were no additional cost. While he was here, he checked out other things around the roof and made a few recommendations that we should act on in the future but didn't try to solicit any work from us. We did get his card. I was completely satisfied. He showed up on time and was very professional.

I purchased a Big Deal for gutter cleaning. There was a discrepency on the terms of the deal (expiration date) and the date the company had as the expiration date. The company was understanding and had me cancel the Big Deal - no problems there. But the crew showed up anyway the day the original appointment was set for after I had cancelled it. I am glad I was home, so there were no problems, I explained the appt was cancelled and they left.

First, I bought the $99 gutter cleaning deal. They arrived on time and did a good job. While they were there, I asked them to check on a few problem areas that I noticed during a previous rain storm. A week later, they returned and cleaned out an underground pipe and replaced some gutters for $481. So far everything seems to be in good working order. I especially appreciated that they always got back to me promptly.

The work was excellent and very professionally done. My one complaint is that I specified the work to be done on a Friday when I work from home, because I wanted to be there when the work was done. Well, they came on Thursday to do the work. My husband happened to be home while the work was being done, but I would have been upset had no one been home, especially after expressly stating that I wanted to be there while it was being done. But I can't complain about the quality of the work, or the cleanup afterward - they were excellent.

Within 24 hours, I was contacted and appointment was set-up. They arrived as scheduled and cleaned the gutters, picked up all of debris and hauled it away for a great price.

I purchased the $99 gutter cleaning Buy Now Deal for our 4000 sq ft house and was contacted that afternoon to schedule an appt. They arrived early in the morning as they stated and completed the job quickly. They cleaned up the outside, no issues. Next time we need the gutters done, I'll definitely contact East Gutter Cleaning.

I pre-purcahsed a gutter cleaning service via a Angie List coupon. I provided 3 avilable date over a 3 week period. I promptly got a call back the next business day and the service provider was unwilling to lock in a time frame for an appointment. They indicated they do not make appointments for gutter cleanings, they come when their schedule permits. I am hesitant to have a service provider come to my property without me present. The company did not offer alternate options.

2 man team was polite & professional.

We had purchased a big deal for the service, and it went very well. They were quick and efficient. They were here when they said they would be, and they took care of everything. I was here watching them when they were working, and they did a very good job. They were very pleasant to work with.
