It went very smoothly. They arrived and proceeded to evaluate and then clean. Very quick, very professional, very polite, and they cleaned up all debris.

He was supposed to come out last Monday and he never showed up and I haven't heard from him since.

The service provider called ahead of time to let me know when he was coming. He was very prompt, courteous. and very professional. I decided not to have the repairs done as I was going to have the roof of the house replaced and decided to have the gutters replacedf as well.

Very good experience. I purchased a coupon for $99 ($250 value.) They emailed immediately to set up an appointment. They came to value the work, set up an appointment to make the repairs, and did the job shortly after. It was a very easy transaction with no bad surprises.

We had some issues with a section of our gutter and after receiving several quotes from different providers, East Gutter Cleaning was appeared to be the most professional company. From the beginning to the end they were great to deal with, and the price was less than half of the competitors. They arrived when promised, did the work and left the bill in the mailbox. I am very satisfied and I am sure I will use them in the future.

Initial contact was a bit delayed, but overall correspondence and communication was good. The work was quoted and performed timely and efficiently.

There were no troubles with scheduling. The deal was for repair and not for cleaning which was why we had purchased the deal. We also paid them to for gutter cleaning services. They also completed some repairs on the gutters as well. They were able to complete the job in about two hours. Everything turned out fine.

Communication problem. What l wanted, wasn't what he wanted to do. Never told me what I could get to 99.00, just wanted a grand for 200.00 worth of work.

They quoted me $400 to repair my gutter. That was higher than the coupon price when I asked why it was so high they didn't really have an answer for me.

When I did not hear from the company after purchasing the Big Deal I emailed them and they responded asking what was the problem in order to give estimate. The lady is supposed to call me back again tomorrow, however I am needing to get the work done soon as the gutters are running over when it rains.

I wasnt able to complete the services because I bought the deal for gutter cleaning but they had advised me that wasnt included in the deal. They carried themselves very professionally and had got in contact with me immediately via email and phone.

Quick response and very courteous. Service of good quality, and neat clean-up. Only trouble was a mix-up about day of service; supplier should make sure always to call if they cannot come on the scheduled day.

There was a small problem with scheduling (I made an appointment but then saw the deal of the day on Angie's list that offered $200 worth of work for $99) which required only 1 call to clear up. Workmen arrived during the window of time given over the phone, went over what was to be done and got to work. They appeared to work efficiently and thoroughly to make sure that the gutter was hung and all gutters were cleaned out. First rain coming up so I will update if there is any problem. Everyone I have spoken to was courteous and professional. I am not sure I would have paid $300 for repair and cleaning but with the coupon it was totally worth it!

Stay away. I was told about two weeks ahead of time that my appointment was 7/20. When noone came I called and was told that they had an installation earlier in the day and sometimes that takes a while, and so if they don't get there that day, I am DEFINITELY on for early next week. Well, now it's a full week later, Friday, the 27th and still nothing. I just called to cancel my appointment. The man on the line sounded like he literally couldn't care less that they wasted several weeks of my time waiting for them.

Called to make an appointment to have our gutters cleaned. I was told that the next available appointment was 6/26 which was about 2 weeks from the time I made the appointment. By 4pm today, no one had come to clean the gutters so I called the office. I was told that the workers had our invoice with them but if they didn't show up, my appointment would automatically be rescheduled for next week. I told the person on the phone that if the work didn't get done today, I did not want to automatically be rescheduled for next week. Why would I do that after already waiting two weeks and no one showing up? Very disappointed with my first experience with a provider through Angie's List.

The appointment was first postponed, they didn't let me know, and when I called them, their excuse was that it was raining, and that is why they didn't come. That was absolutely not true, so they postponed the appointment for the next week, I didn't even hear from them. When they finally did the job, they left all the garbage in front of my home. They were not ready to pick it up, and I am so busy. I was not able to call them, and the garbage people were not able to pick it up. I don't know why they left their garbage in front of my home.

It was good. They did a good job. They seemed efficient. They seemed to have a reasonable price.

After reviewing the reviews I was a bit concerned about selecting this company, but the Angie's List deal of $99 for $200 worth of work swayed me. I purchased the deal and was contacted by the company. I explained the issue and they said they would come out and give me a quote. A few days later, they called back and said that I needed 40 feet of gutter replaced (about what I expected). They provided a verbal quote of $400 for the job. Since I had purchased the deal, I mentioned that I thought $600 was a bit high. The gentleman on the phone told me that it was only $400, so I asked if that was after the discount. He said "do you have a coupon?" I reminded him of the deal. He put me on hold for a minute. When he came back he told me he could do the job of $350. Seriously? I could not believe that he was telling me that he would be happy to let me pay $99 so that I could get a $50 discount. If this is not bait and switch, I don't know what is. I again reminded him that I should have $200 off, but he told me he could not do the job at that price. If they had not planned on providing me with the discount I purchased, why was it offered? This is a disreputable practice and I am glad I found out before they touched my house. I will ask Angie's list for my money back and find a company that I can trust. The provider contacted me to try to work this out. However, I have already moved forward with another provider.

Stay away. This company will waste your time in telling you that they will come on scheduled appointment dates and not show up, no phone call apologizing, nothing! Even the owner said I should use another company. In all my years I have never heard of such a thing. I wish I can post my messaging back and forth with the company so you can read how inept they are!

Can't say enough good about these people. First and foremost, they returned my call within one business day. The gentleman was here the next day to do an estimate - that was a fraction of what I thought he was going to say! Then, because we had to wait for a dry spell, Carlos was in touch day after day to reschedule as the rain fell and fell. I never felt deserted. When they came, they were on time, did the work quickly, cleaned up and were pleasant. Once again, Angie's List sent me to the right contractor.

They scheduled an estimate visit last week but didn't come. I have to reach out to them this week but once I did reach out they came the next day and then advised me that they couldn't perform services on the gutter system as its too old.

I had a few estimates done and this provider was pretty much in line with their competitors, however, my communication with this provider felt more personalized. Communication was very easy and prompt, as was scheduling an appointment. Their employees showed up early in the morning and worked steadily through the day. They were very professional and pleasant. They cleaned up after they had completed the work and I am very happy with the results. I was home during the day, so they left the invoice with me. I highly recommend this provider.

Called provider for pricing and availability. Person answering phone was polite and informative. She scheduled an appointment. Technicians came on time. Provided service. Cleaned up and left everything neat and as they found it before they provided service. I will definitely use them again.

The job was done quickly, but I had an appointment on Wednesday, and they didn't show up until Friday. Of course i wasn't home when they came, but I found the bill in my mailbox. Not sure if they took off the coupon of $10, because when I mentioned Angie's List they quoted me a flat rate.
