East Gutter Cleaning

I used the SnapFix app from Angie's List and they found the company for me the very next day. I set up an initial inspection with them and they came an gave me an estimate over my email. I set up the appointment and it was pretty much a done deal from there. I wasn't home when they did the work. Actually, I wasn't home for the initial inspection, which was super convenient. They also had a coupon through Angie's List that I was able to use so my actual Cost came out to roughly $300. Everything looks great so far. They are definitely a company that I would recommend, especially for someone with a hectic schedule that any really take too much time off from work.

The 2 workers completed the job promptly and professionally. They were very neat. I recommend them highly.

It was terrible. I would never recommend them to anyone. They showed up a day late without any phone call. They left the roof a mess. Completely lousy.

The installation went well. It looks nice and they did a really good job. Scheduling was pretty easy, but they were a little late. There was a bit of a communication/language problem with the workers that came out, which I wasn't completely happy with.

It was fine. It was a little slow to get them to come out because they only worked on the weekends. They took the old gutters away and that was good.

Although there were a couple of no-shows before the job was completed, they did excellent work and I am very satisfied. In addition to removing an old stretch of gutter that had been damaged from last winter's heavy snow/ice, they used my screen leaf guards and fitted them into the new gutters, and the work looks very professional. Quite pleased.

They cleaned my gutters. It took them a long time for them to come out but when they did they actually did a good job. I Purchased a deal for $99 that was supposed to cover $200 of work and the company waited until after the cleaning was done to tell me that the Big deal would not cover the cleaning only the repairs, so they wanted me to pay extra money. Now it has been over 30 days since I purchased the big deal and it is no longer eligible for a refund and I would like the company to honor the amount paid for the big deal for the cleaning services. They called me after the 30 days was over to try and collect the money because they knew about the refund policy.

We called over a week in advance and made an appointment. When the day of the appointment came, they never showed up to perform the service and never contacted us to reschedule or anything else. We called at the end of that day and left a message to find out what happened. We never received a return call.

the job started several days after the scheduled date, however I wasn't notified of the delay so I had to call them after they didn't show to find out when they would be coming. they blamed the weather, but a heads up would have been nice. the job was pretty quick and cheap and I believe they got the job done, however I was a bit peeved that they didn't warn or notify me that when they would blow out the gutters, old wet leaf debris would come flying out of the gutters onto my new outdoor patio sofa set. needless to say, the set got soiled and it could have been avoided by just letting us know and I would have put away the cushions.

The service provider felt there was a misunderstanding with this deal, he informed me the 2 hours of work was for roof work only.

Team was professional and from what I can see - they did a good job with the screening. I only wished they also replaced the previous installed screened gutter section which was not so well done a the screens they installed. Anyway, job overall was done very well at a fair price. Would definitely recommend them.

After discussing what needed to be done, it became clear that the services required didn't match the scope covered by the Big Deal. I still plan to use this provider but not for the services covered by the Big Deal. They have been responsive throughout the process.

It was fine. They did exactly what they were supposed to, left no mess, honored the Anglie's List coupon.

Originally the work was scheduled for the 25th, but they cancelled. Rescheduled for the 29th, but showed up on the 28th. Obviously, based on this and previous reviews, they are not dependable from a scheduling perspective,so if you need to be there, beware. Fortunately, it worked out for us, and with some minor inconveniences, we accommodated their schedule. The work was well done, and they did a great job cleaning up.

It turned out really good. They got the job done in about 4-5 hours. They sent 2 people out to do the job and the workers were fine and good.

They arrived as promised. The two man crew did a great job. I am very happy with the results and would use them again in the future.

Making the appointment and the email correspondences were not smooth. Questions were not answered as needed and making an appointment took time. When appointment was made no one showed up. I called them and Nicola said she would call to confirm team was coming on Saturday. Nicola nor Carlos at service desks called back. I had to email and got a response on Monday. Requested they come on Monday to complete job. They gave me a four hour window. Men showed up and they were professional and did a good job. Unfortunately the desk force is below average. Scheduling is not there forte.

Company requested more information. Didn't really hear back from them afterwards. I contacted again and they said someone had been by the house to look and they didn't work on my particular type.

East Gutter came to my house to see if the section of my gutter can be repaired. I told them that the gutter leaks after a rainstorm and drips water onto my front steps. After they came to my house, they left me an email telling me they can't repair the gutters because the house has Leaf Guards installed and a full replacement has to be done. I'm not ready to replace my gutters just yet as they seem to be fine except for the leaking gutter section. I want a refund since East Gutter cannot repair or replace the gutter.

The coupon description was not clear, I purchased coupon thinking it is for cleaning gutters but this is for only maintenance.

Company was NO SHOW, not once but twice. First appointment July 3, no show. After calling, they claimed it was rescheduled for a different date but no one called to reschedule. They promised July 19 and again no show. They cannot be trusted. Don't waste your time.

The two men were prompt and polite.

The deal is not clear about what they really cover. They also give me the price for cleaning the gutter, but it's $100 more than the others. I don't really trust this company. Also, I asked for a time window for the day that they will perform the service, but they won't give that to me, even a 4 hour time window. This is the first time that the company doesn't want to give a time window. All in all, I don't really trust them.

The job was so professionally done, that I signed up for their Gutter Cleaning Service Contract.
