Rich was professional and prompt with returning my call. The windows to our storefront were ridden with construction and traffic dust and by the time he was finished the windows were crystal clear.

Rich the owner is the consummate professional. From my first contact with him until all the work was completed his service was impeccable.When I contacted him he came immediately to assess the work I wanted done and promptly emailed a detailed estimate with a follow up call. His estimate was completely fair and in my judgement should have charged more for the high quality of service provided. The work was scheduled to be done and he personally referred and coordinated with other contractors to work here doing power washing of house, painting , front porch and deck power washing & sanding and staining, and also some carpentry work. He followed through to make sure all the work was being done to my complete satisfaction. He arrived promptly and did an excellent and thorough job. Before he left he made sure everything was done to my complete satisfaction, He also followed through with a follow up email and call to see if there was anything else I needed. From start to finish the quality of his work and personal conduct was far beyond what anyone could ask or hope for. Not only is the quality of his work superior but Rich is the nicest, kindest, most polite, responsible, trustworthy, and accommodating person you will ever meet.. He is beyond reproach. I highly recommend him and guarantee that once you have used him, you will be so completely satisfied you will never use anyone else. My house looks great and my windows sparkle as the sun shines in. Simply put, he is the BEST!!! Call him and you will be so happy you did. I certainly am and you will be too!!!

I was very pleased with the services provided by Artistic Window Cleaning and highly recommend them. The owner, Rich Santora paid attention to detail and removed stubborn residue deposits from some of the windows. He also cleaned three skylights for no additional cost, despite the fact that they were not part of the original contract. A pleasure to do business with this company.

Very well. Rick was punctual and professional, did a very good job, and in fact came back the next day to finish the job, as it a little longer than expected. I would strongly recommend him.

This was a fantastic experience from the day I called for an estimate until the work was completed. Rich contacted me promptly with a quote and scheduled me promptly. He arrived right on time and did a wonderful job. The windows on the second floor of my house, in particular, were very dirty and needed a lot of extra time and care to take apart and clean properly. Rich gave me a very accurate idea once he arrived at the job that it would involve more time and labor due to the unique type of windows there were on the second floor. He was very neat and clean while working and my windows and doors looked absolutely beautiful when he was done. I can't say enough about how impressed I was. I would highly recommend Artistic and Rich to anyone looking to have their windows cleaned. It was a real pleasure working with such a professional who takes such pride in their work.

The level of professionalism and quality delivered by Rich Santora is by far some of the best work I've ever seen from a contractor. He consulted closely with me to ensure I got exactly what I wanted and made certain I was happy with the finished product. Prior, I didn't realize how dirty my windows were until after they were made crystal clear by Rich. His standards are even much higher than my own, and he wasn't satisfied until they were perfect. Had I know how good it was going to look, I would have done it years ago. However, my reason for hiring Rich was to put my house on the market, and I think the job he did contributed to having helped the house to sell. I've hired window washers in the past to clean the windows of my former office building in NYC, and Rich is light-years beyond them in terms of how to run a business. I am one VERY satisfied customer and highly recommend Artistic Windows Cleaning!

Rich was a real pleasure to work with . I asked him to come to provide a quote to have all the windows of my home cleaned. He let me know immediately that he could certainly do the job but the windows were detailed with the top of each window having 6 separate panes and that this would be more costly than the non paned windows. When I received the estimate, I decided to just do the first floor windows and not worry about the bedroom windows. Rich showed up exactly when he said he would and got the job done. The windows look fantastic and I think I may have him out in the fall to do the second floor windows so the house looks great for the holidays!

I said it all in the above but I would highly recommend this service to anyone looking for a job well done in a conscientious and thoughtful manner.....

Rich was very quick to respond to my phone call and set up a day to come over and give me an estimate. His cost is very reasonable and he does a fantastic job. The windows look spotless and he is the utmost professional.

Rich Santora did a heroic job with my windows!!! I have never seen them so clean, it's almost as if they are not even there.!!! I even had my mother come over and see the wonderful job he had done. I was in a bit of a hurry because I had ordered new curtains for my living and dining rooms, and they were coming the following week. After removing my old curtains, I could clearly see that the windows were much too dirty to put up the new curtains - a real embarassment! I called Rich, and he came out to my house that same afternoon, walked around to check the number of windows and the kind of windows I had so he could give me an estimate. He called to give me his estimate and said he could fit me in the very next Monday because he knew I was anxious to get the job done. Unfortunately, this turned out to be a real problem for him because he had promised to be available for an important family commitment. Because of this, he called to see if he could come early at 7:00 AM, and I said not a problem. Rich could have easily said he would have to reschedule, but because he had promised me to be at my house the following Monday, he did not. Rich worked tirelessly and efficiently to complete the job. He is not only a very hard worker, but a really nice and admirable person. The day was full; the job was done way past my expectation, and Rich was able to be home in time for his family. I can highly recommend Artistic Window Cleaning and I will only use them in the future!

Again, overall he did a brilliant job, but it was expensive because our windows were old. He was responsive in scheduling, he showed up when he said he would and did everything he said he would do, so what's not to love. I would highly recommend Artistic Windows.

Scheduling was difficult due to the weather but Rich kept me posted at every step. He arrived on time and worked diligently until the job was completed - 9 hours later. The windows are spotless and look amazing. The sills and screens are all nice and clean too. Rich even scraped paint off windows that can only be reached with a tall ladder. He was very quiet and neat while he worked, my dogs didn't even bark! I would highly recommend Artistic Window Cleaning for your window cleaning needs.

Our windows look amazing. The view is beautiful. Rich worked with us to schedule around hurricane Irene. He was very clear about the process and costs. He communicates well and is very professional. I was quite comfortable having him work in our home while I was away. He is very knowledgable and i plan to recommend home to some friends.

Rich arrived on time and began working right away. He started on the exterior windows and made his way around the entire house before moving inside. He moved furniture as needed and placed everything back perfectly. Windows look amazing and I would definitely use his services again.

Scheduling window washing in March in NJ is not simple;Rich managed to work around the snow days and my schedule to fit in the 10 hours needed to complete the work. He let me know the cost well ahead of time. He arrived on schedule, was especially clean and neat in working both inside and outside. He pointed out heavy staining and etching (my windows are mostly 25 years old and exposed to well water sprinklers and tree pollen, mulch dust and construction dust.) and always gave me options for combatting damage ahead of time. He was extremely efficient and has very high standards. My windows look amazing! I should note that this was a big job. 80 very dirty windows, including 2 skylights and 3 sets of French doors, so the actual cost per square foot of window is quite reasonable.

The price was a little high but considering the difficulty of the job it was not out of line. He did a great job and the windows look beautiful. his cleaning was definitely much better than the windows I had cleaned myself on the first floor. He went the exrta mile and cleaned extra paint off many of the windows too. If I could afford it I would have had him do them all. I was very pleased with his work.

I PREVIOUSLY REPORTED THAT ARTISTIC DID NOT PROVIDE A RESPONSE TO OUR REQUEST FOR SERVICE. I WAS TOTALLY WRONG SINCE A QUOTE WAS SENT THE NEXT DAY AFTER HIS VISIT TO OUR HOME. HOWEVER, THE QUOTE CAME VIA E-MAIL WHICH WAS PUT AUTOMATICALLY IN OUR SPAM FILE. WE WERE NOT THOUGHTFUL ENOUGH TO LOOK IN THE SPAM FILE IN A TIMELY MANNER. WE WENT ON A TRIP AND UPON RETUNING WE CHECKED OUT THE SPAM FILE. SURE ENOUGH ,THERE WAS THE TIMELY QUOTE! WE REGRET REPORTING THE LACK OF RESPONSE! IF ANYTHING, THE RESPONSE WAS MOST TIMELY AND RESPONSIVE. PLEASE DELETE ALL FORMER COMMENTS REGARDING THIS UNFORTUNATE REPORT. ARTISTIC'S HANDLING OF THIS MATTER WAS EXCELLENT

Rich Santora did a very fine, professional job cleaning and making functional a houseful of old windows that had become stuck and crusty. He was cheerful, honest, on time, respectful, hard-working and neat. He worked independently, and did not disrupt the home, which is also an office. The price was high, but there were 120 windows, and it took a long time, as many of the windows had been painted shut, and there were very very many windows and storm windows. In fairness, Rich was up front about the price even before he came to do the estimate. When he was done, the windows were so clean, we almost didn't recognize the house -- we definitely didn't recognize the view. We would hire him again in a minute, and have nothing but praise for him. He did an excellent job.

Everything from beginning to end far exceed my expectations. My house literally was transformed and I was amazed at the difference it made. The price quoted was actually less then he deserved. Honestly, you will be as happy as I am with the quality of the work done by an extremely nice professional at a very reasonable price. Give him a call I am sure you will be glad you did, I certainly am!

The job was done perfectly. All inside surfaces were covered and protected and extremely neatly done. The windows sparkle. The person doing the work was extremely professional and very friendly. He was very concerned about our satisfaction when the work was complete. The price was exactly as quoted.

Windows gleam; it made an amazing difference. Rich is very efficient & neat. He brought a mat to the door to wipe his feet before he came in.

Rich returned my call promptly and came out and gave me a quote within days. I was able to schedule the work in about a week. He did nice work and put extra effort into cleaning our windows, which were very dirty, but he didn't charge extra for that. His work was very tidy and we had no problems. Great service. He even added in our 2 garage windows for free, which were not part of the original quote.

He responded to my inquires right away, came the next day to give me the estimate, e-mailed a written contract to me and the work was all done with a week. I couldn't ask for better.
