At first there was a disconnect in trying to arrange a date for the work to be done, but it was handled extremely well and a date and time were finally decided upon. The problem in arranging the date was more from our side as we had a number of other projects that we need to have completed first, and Artistic was trying to work with us - this was very much appreciated. The day the work was to be done, we received a call that they were stuck in traffic and that they would be there as soon as they could. They kept us completely informed as to their travel problems ( I know it was a fact, as I heard of the problem on the radio). When they arrived, they apologized for being late and went right to work. They cleaned all the windows, frames, sills etc and pointed out a few problems with screen burn on the glass, and a couple of windows where the seal in the double pane has been compromised. They even did a few extras that were not in the original quote, as they had been missed, but they cleaned them anyway. They were very respectful of my home, the carpets etc - mats under their buckets, cleaned up after themselves. My wife has never been happier with the cleanliness of the windows in our home. I would definitely use them again, and would recommend them to anyone.

Richard and Ryan arrived on time and worked incredibly hard for the entire 5 hours they were at my home. They were courteous and polite and despite all their hard work they didn't make any mess anywhere in my home. Richard is clearly a perfectionist and my windows, frames and sills were spotless when they job was done. Worth every penny.

Rich thoroughly assessed the window cleaning project and then took time to clearly explain the process required for optimim results. The house had old triple-track windows and screens so cleaning just the exterior, as I requested, would not produce the result I expected. It was not a sales pitch--it was an educational opportunity for me, and a way to be sure that Artistic Window Cleaning and I were on the same page. I could choose which project I wanted, but Rich made sure I understood the results. It was clear that a happy, satisfied customer was very important. While I could not proceed with the project at this time, I would highly recommend Artistic Window Cleaning based on the thorough research of the project (performed at no cost by AWC), the reasonable prices, and the attention to customer service and satisfaction.

Artistic Window Cleaning re-arranged their morning schedule today to accommodate me which I truly appreciate. Rich and Ryan arrived on time. They took off their shoes voluntarily while walking in my home. Since it is a newly built home the exterior screens were quite dirty, and had a lot of cement dust on them; likewise the exterior windows were badly soiled. They spent more time than they had expected, but didn't charge more as they stuck to the original estimate. I highly refer them. I would also like to comment that their office staff answered telephone calls promptly and respectfully.

Spoke with Rich a few times regarding the dates and time. They arrived promptly and were courteous and professional. I was very impressed that they took off their shoes before entering. Oh...and they did a great job cleaning our windows and doors. Will definitely use them again, but better yet, we recommend them to anyone who asks for a window washer.

Rich and his crew were responsive, punctual, meticulous and a pleasure to deal with. We contacted Rich to do our windows because of his very high ratings on Angie's List. We were not disappointed and feel that these ratings are well deserved. The whole experience was excellent from start to finish and our windows which had not been done in 15 years now sparkle. Rich's price was fair and I felt he went the extra mile to explain what he was doing, address my concerns, and remove any stains that he found. He also identified a broken seal in one of my windows which explained why we had been seeing condensate for quite some time. Thanks Rich!! We can't say enough about Rich and his 2-man crew. Arrived on time, introduced my husband & I to his crew, they put something on to cover their feet and went right off to work. Rich wanted to know if we had any questions at all - my husband was concerned about the solution they were using, if it might harm the grass and Rich assured him it would not but he would cover the grass if we wished. We said no, not necessary, but this will give you an idea of how accommodating he is. They not only cleaned the windows and screens, but vacuumed and cleaned the window sills, cleaned the windows on the front doors and screen doors plus the screens on the screen doors. They even vacuumed the threshholds in-between the front doors and screen doors. Our large bow window had glass staining but he was even able to remove this. Rich explains what he's doing and why he's done it - if there are any questions, he wants you to ask them. Although I moved the furniture I thought would be in their way before they got here, Rich told me that was not necessary, they would move things. They put everything back after completing the cleaning, it's as though you'd never know anyone was here. The windows and screens are now so clean that on sunny days I've been leaving my vertical blinds wide open just to see how sparkling the windows are - what a pleasure not to see a smudge or streak anywhere. We were so pleased that we told Rich to already book us for next year!

Rich and his crew were a pleasure to work with. It is great working with a company that takes great pride in their workmanship. They cleaned all our windows, screens and sills We had screen burn on our windows and he removed it without an additional charge. They were extremely neat - took shoes off in the house. They also made sure I was completely satisfied with the work done. A top notch business. Windows are crystal clear.

Rich and his team performed an excellent job. They were nice enough to point out to us some of the windows that needed repair or replacement. They took their shoes off before they came in. We will not hesitate to use Rich and his team again. They were very professional and answered any questions we had on our window cleaning to our satisfaction.

From the first contact to finishing the job Rich was a pleasure to deal with. He was responsive and accommodating in scheduling the work when I wanted it done. Rich and his crew were very professional. They were mindful when cleaning inside, using drop cloths where necessary, and the job they did was fantastic. It is three weeks later and I am still amazed at how great everything looks. I will absolutely be using Artistic Window Cleaning again and would recommend them to everyone. Based on the fantastic job they did with my windows, they will be also be getting my business in future for power washing.

Rich returned my phone call immediately, was pleasant and polite. He and his crew showed up on time and worked quietly. In the past, I have had guys come in here who would speak to my husband with all the respect, so we wouldn't hire them. To Rich, my husband and I were equals, so I appreciated that. I have already asked to be put on an annual window cleaning schedule with Artistic Window and I know I will not have to chase after Rich for this service. Also, Rich was training a new employee and I appreciated how patient, polite and thorough he was in the training. Our home was filled with people we didn't know, inside and out, but the environment remained peaceful and efficient; a nice work environment that Rich creates. They did a fantastic job. The windows haven't been cleaned in a very long time and these guys put in the extra effort to make sure that everything was really clean and just perfect, inside and out. Also, the team was polite and very courteous, which is very important when you are letting contractors into your home to do work. Overall this company is excellent. I would definitely use them again.

The provider cleaned my windows thoroughly!! Our house was recently purchased and the prior homeowner painted last year, unfortunately they painted they left the storm windows in, hence creating a difficulty situation (or so I thought) for Artistic crew to remove the storm window and clean. I asked Pella to come out, thinking it would be easier for them to get the storms out hence making it easier for Artistic. Pella stated there next available date would be in June! After consulting with Rich of Artistic he stated he would do his best and if he could not remove the storm window he would adjust the bill accordingly. I must admit I was not hopeful and had low expectations (thankfully i was wrong) I spoke to Rich prior to starting the job and explained my dilemna, I recently tried to remove the storm window myself and cracked the glass. He told me he would do his best and they are pretty good at what they do so don't worry. The glass is so clean it looks like there is no window. We are really impressed, happy and highly reccomend Artistic as a solid, professional, trustworthy company to use. Matter a fact I have all ready referred them to another family member.

Rich and Chris are VERY professional, do all the work themselves and take pride in what they do. They did a great job on all my windows and doors and made sure I was satisfied. Their price was competitive, less than some, more than others , but well worth what I paid. I have had my windows cleaned by other companies and I am much more satisfied with how my windows and doors look than I have been in the past. Rich and Chris are very accommodating and I will definitely use them again and recommend them to others.

I contacted Rich a year ago but then I put it on the back burner. He gave me a quote and even though it was a year ago he did not increase the price. I have lived in my house for 25 years and never had the windows professionally cleaned because I was concerned about the kind of people that would come into my home. Rich and his associate were very respectful. He was delayed and contacted me twice to alert me and gave me the exact time I could expect him. He arrived and began on the outside. He then came inside to complete the work. Both he and his associate took their shoes off. They did an excellent job. Cleaned every part of the windows. The window sills were beyond filthy. They are immaculate now!!! The screens were really in bad condition due to fact that I had ivy which literally grew into the screens. Rich's associate thoroughly cleaned these screens, meticulously picked out all the vines. It took a long time and not included in the original quote. This was done free of charge. My 30 year old screens look brand new! I thought they were beyond repair and needed to be replaced. A great money saver right there! They thoroughly vacuumed all the sills. They even took all the paint off the windows even though normally it would be an increased fee. In addition, he cleaned additional windows which were not included in the quote free of charge. I did ask him to clean the basement windows He charged me a nominal fee of $10.00 each. Our house was built in 1929. I do not think the basement windows were ever cleaned. I did not realize that after the windows are professionally cleaned that you do not need to clean the windows for 6 months to a year time (inside and out). Rich and his associate were wonderful! I noticed the day after that some of the windows did not look clear. I contacted Rich and he returned the next day and thoroughly inspected each window. His only desire was to make me pleased. It ended up that a lot of the seals on our windows are broken which explained the problem. This problem was not noticeable when the windows were dirty. Rich showed me how to find the manufacturer of the windows since they were here when we moved in. He informed me that I could replace the window sashes instead of replacing the whole window. By doing this, I could save a lot of money. Rich thoroughly educated me about this problem. I was not aware of the problem and I really appreciated his input. I was BEYOND PLEASED and I would unreservedly recommend him to everyone. I never cleaned my windows because it just seemed extravagant. After dealing with Rich, I am sorry I did not do this sooner! Now I feel it is a necessity!!!

Artistic Windows did a fabulous job of cleaning our windows. They came to our house on a cold day, arrived promptly when they said they would arrive, and worked tirelessly till the job was finished. I'm embarrassed to say our windows hadn't been cleaned in 20 years, but Rich and his crew worked and worked till they were sparkling. His crew was courteous, kind, prompt, and cleaned up after themselves.

Rich and Dan were professional, clean and completed the job within two hours. My windows never looked better!! I would definately use them again. Rich made sure I was completely satisfied before they left.
