They arrived at my house on time at 8:30 am and hand detailed each window in my house. They worked diligently, kept me updated on their progress and helped me understand the level of care that they took to ensure I was satisfied with their work. I will definitely be using them again each year. Very happy with the quality of their work.

He's terrific. He does a great job. He really gave me good advice. I had a sprinkler system that was hitting my windows and he advised to contact the company to adjust the sprinkler heads. He is very, very helpful and very efficient. Everything is very good. They are very efficient, prompt and helpful. They had really good suggestions about the sprinkler system which I didn't know. They are polite. I like the fact that they call or e-mail me every year to remind me of this time. Everything is great. I have no complaints. They do a sparkling job. If anything's wrong, they'd come back but nothing has ever been wrong. They do a great job. I'd give them all 10's.

The team did an outstanding job. I recently purchased the home and the previous owner had no upkeep. The windows were filthy and had stains as well. The job included 11 windows, 2 skylights, 2 sliding doors and front door. They cleaned every little detail. The normal time should have taken 1hour 15 minutes and it took nearly 2 hours to get them clean. Rich added more work and more windows and kept my quote the same. They responded immediately and accommodated my limited schedule even though they are in the busy close of the season. They were so kind and professional and even took their shoes off to keep my home clean. Great business to hire!

Rich and his assistant arrived right on time and got right to work. They were very efficient and didn't miss a thing. In fact, Rich pointed out a couple of issues with two windows that I was unaware of. I would use this company again and recommend them to everyone I know.

Cannot recommend highly enough! Every interaction with Rich and his office was stellar, from the first call (answered, although after hours), prompt quote, accommodation of rescheduling, communication, punctuality and, above all, great work! Rich and his crew left our windows, skylights and the glass in our doors sparkling. All screens and sills were cleaned, too and left spotless. Do not hesitate to contact Rich if you are thinking of having your windows cleaned! He is a true professional and his prices are very reasonable.

Amazing job! Artistic Window and Rich the owner strive for perfection and complete customer satisfaction. Both were achieved! From scheduling the appt., the quotes for the work to be done, confirming the work date to arriving exactly on time Rich was more than accommodating to me since I needed to reschedule several times due to family illness. Once they arrived they went to work and throughly cleaned all 33 windows in my house inside and out, including screens, window frames and sill. Also, power washed my front porch last minute at my request. Rich took the time to explain that some of my windows were stained due to the screens. He used a special cleaner on these windows to remove every stain and spot possible. I was overwhelmed at the quality of the work and the results. My Windows sparkled! It made my whole house seem completely different. My entire house looked new and clean and fresh. I absolutely loved the results! Rich and his crew are the consummate professionals and do everything possible to assure my complete satisfaction.

WOW - what a BIG difference after Rich and his guys were done! The windows sparkled and the feel of the whole house changed to a very bright experience. I never realized how dirty windows can make a house feel gloomy when you are looking out into the world. The service provider was late but the office had called me to let me know they would be late. When they got to my house they apologized and explained that the client before me had some very stuck windows which they did not anticipate. This is understandable. Every window of my house was cleaned inside and out as well as the screens and sills to the windows. If there was furniture or anything else in the way, the service provider moved the object and then when they were finished everything was replaced. Nothing was damaged. Every window was locked as I wanted when they left. They were very nice, polite, very clean (even took their shoes off in my house). I would definitely continue to use this company.

Could not have gone better. Not only was the work done perfectly and professionally, Rich and team were very communicative on scheduling and arrival. They take great pride in their work, and it shows. Would definitely recommend and contract their services again.

I cannot recommend the folks at Artistic Window Cleaning highly enough! For starters, I have a major event coming up in two weeks. Not only did they work with us to get a date before the event, but they called when they had a cancellation and offered us the scheduling. They arrived on time and ready to work as well as texting us 20 minutes prior to confirm. Very professional. Once on the job, they did an outstanding job of cleaning everything (screens, storms & sash) including the re-assembly of some old triple-tracks which had been stacked in a corner. For me that went above and beyond. Not only did they leave me with clean windows but they left me with *all* my windows in place and working (which wasn't what they found on arrival). Rich also kept me informed along the way with an issue that cropped up on one of the older storm panels and helped me to work out a repair strategy. All of this and they kept the price at the estimate. I am very happy with the job and Rich at Artistic.

Artistic is a professional window cleaning service. The owner and his assistant were here all day cleaning the windows and screens. Having only two people here made the situation less stressful for me, the homeowner, than having a bunch of people all over my house in every room all at once. Rich and his partner were very careful to remove my window grills, and put them back after the windows were cleaned, with no damage at all to the grills. Another service I had used before broke my grills, and damaged my slate roof! There was no problem with Artistic. Everything is in better condition than before they arrived. I didn't realize how dirty my windows were until they were cleaned. Now they are crystal clear! I am hooked on clean windows now and will definitely have Artistic back to keep them looking this clean and clear. One thing I didn't know before, sometimes metal screens can permanently stain windows. We had this happen with a few of our windows. Had I been on top of cleaning our windows consistently, the staining wouldn't have occurred, or would be less noticeable. In the fall, Rich suggested we have only the outsides of the windows cleaned. This is a good suggestion which I plan on having done. With clean windows, my whole house feels cleaner now.

Rich and his colleague did a fantastic job with all our windows. I never realized exactly how dirty they were until they were cleaned. Now they are spotless. They even took some extra time to scrape off a significant amount of paint that had been splattered on some of the windows, and they didn't charge us any extra. They took a lot of care when working inside our house and explained everything they were doing to us. Our windows now look amazing and we will definitely be hiring Artistic Window Cleaning again in the future. We couldn't be happier with their service.

Rich was very professional, and he and his colleague did an excellent job at my home. I never realized how dirty the windows were, the house is so much brighter! There were some water stains and paint on the windows that they came across during the cleaning and took care of them at no additional charge. Connecting with Rich via email was so easy - from setting up the appt. for him to see the house for an estimate, booking and completing the job. He even sent a text message the morning of the cleaning to give a heads-up that he was on his way and arrived on time. I am very pleased with the work that was done and highly recommend this company.

I sent a request on Angie's List and received a call back that day to get more information. Rich came out the next day to take a look and sent me an estimate that evening. Rich was on-site doing the work and I have to say it was a lot more work then expected. Rich went above and beyond cleaning the windows and took the time to show me issues that may need attention. Rich is meticulous and thorough. I only wish I had used his company sooner. I will definitely have them back in the future and will recommend them to everyone.
