Description of Work: Richard, the owner of Artistic Window Cleaners |clearly takes pride in his work and the service that he provides. From our first contact to scheduling and completing the job, Rich is totally professional. He and a coworker spent a full day both in and out of my home cleaning filthy windows. They went above and beyond what we had agreed upon, doing extra work that I had not anticipated needing, and not charging me for the difference. I had windows cleaned once before and there was no comparison between either the level of professionalism or the results that Artistic Window Cleaners showed. I can't honestly comment on price because I did not get other estimates and I don't remember what I paid the time that the other company provided the service. However, $750 seems fair considering two men spent the whole day working, needing to be careful to not break the windows, or anything near them inside my home. Also, I understand that Richard must pay insurance to do this work. I highly recommend Rich and his company.

Description of Work: Rich was incredibly professional. He gave an estimate and although the work was more difficult than he had anticipated, he didn't change his charge. The windows on the outside of the second floor hadn't been done in many years and had water spots and paint. He explained the water spots to me and cleaned the paint off the. I cannot believe the difference in the view from my windows. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

He work from 8-6pm and was very respectful of our house and family, worked very diligently and was very perfectionistic in his approach - he cleaned the kitchen windows several times because of the high levels of grease from the cooker. I would definitely rehire.

+ -1 moreWe called several window cleaning companies to get a price on our windows. Artistic was the only company that did not try to give us a price or over the phone. They wanted to come out to go over exactly what we wanted done and what type of windows we have. Every one else tried to just ball park it, get us to commit to doing the job and told us they would give us a firm price they day they would do the work. Artistic came right out, discussed what we wanted done and give us their written proposal. They reviewed the proposal with us in detail, asked to call them if we had any other question or concerns with it. We call them back a few days latter to schedule the work, we were able to pick a day and time that was convenient with us. Artistic showed up on the scheduled day and on time. They ask us if we had any questions or concerns before they started the work. We were extremely pleased not only how great the window came out but how careful and neat they were inside our home. Before entering they placed a floor mat at our front door to stand on, then placed shoe covers over their shoes before stepping off the mat. They also used a small drop cloth and towel that they moved in front of every window before cleaning it. All I can say is wow! After they were finished they asked if everything was OK. I have to say it was a great experience, not only do I highly recommend them, I won?t use anybody else!
