NH TIle (owner - Nir) does exceptional work, no matter whether it is repairs and maintenance or major renovation work. We have been using NH Tile for about 4 years now, first having been introduced to them through another contractor. NH Tile has done two significant tile projects for us which included a complete demolition/replacement of the tile in a master bathroom as well as a hall bathroom. The tile work that NH Tile does is nothing short of artwork. The owner, Nir, is meticulous and one of the most conscientious individuals we have ever had the pleasure to work with. As an example, he spent the better part of a day just measuring and laying out the tile in our master bathroom to ensure it would line up in the corners and with the handles in the shower correctly. His attention to detail is outstanding and it shows in his work. It is the little things like using a 45 degree mitre cut in the corners and making his own bullnose tile pieces when it didn't come standard that truly set him apart and make him something special you won't find elsewhere. We purchased a beach home about two years ago and NH Tile came in and cleaned, grouted, caulked and sealed all of the tile and granite in the house which had been neglected by the prior owner for us and made everything look brand new again. Unfortunately, we had damage from Hurricane Sandy and NH Tile worked with us on timing to come in when convenient for us and the other contractors to replace and restore all of the damaged tile in the home and left it looking great again. Even if it is just routine maintenance, NH Tile puts the same care into it as they do with major renovation work. We use them for both. The other aspect we really appreciate is that NH Tile also has had the same employees for a long period of time, so we feel very comfortable leaving them in our home to do work unattended. They are completely trustworthy and will clean up so you will never know they were there. From start to finish, every aspect of their work is exceptional. We have been so happy with their work, they are the only company we would even consider letting work on our tile and granite and don't even get a competitive bid. The prices charged are fair and the work exceptional. We are completely happy with everything they have done for us and recommend them to others without hesitation.

The patterns and drainage came out very well. We had 6 separate and unique patterns that we were able to create. When there were some problems, Nir was able to come up with creative solutions to rectify issues that were not of his making. The drainage and waterproofing of the entire room was done with extra care and was beyond expectations. It was easy to work with Nir and his staff. I was interested in being involved in the decision making process. They conferred with me as needed to decide both big and little choices in the layout of the tile. The sealing of the tile was the last part of the job. They were willing to reseal the tile when other workmen walked on the tile and were proud to make it come out to my satisfaction. They were very good and accurate about communicating when they would show up and if something changed they communicated that as well.

Mr. Hatuka of NH TIle Setter did an excellent job in repairing a mosaic shower floor. The floor had been done by a different sub contractor as part of new addiiton and was not properly installed. The water did not drain properly and pooled in many places. I tried finding many other contractors to do the repair but no one wanted to do the job. Mr Hatuka came to the house the day I called to inquire and went right to work soon after. The job was done in the time that was promised. The worksite was maintained clean and the job was very professionally done and now the shower pan performs flawlessly! Mr. Hatuka took time to expalin exactly how the job would go and any risks we were facing. He too great pains carefully resetting the tiles and matching the grout. I was very impressed with how fast the work was done and how well it turned out. I have other tiling projects I need done and I will definitely be calling NH Tile Setters for the job without hesitation!

Very pleasant experience from start to finish. Nir, owner of company, was very pleasant and professional at all times. Responded promptly to initial phone call for an estimate. Job started and completed as promised. Nir gave direction and input on design, color and tile type. Me and my husband were impressed with his attention to the smallest details that produced an end result that exceeded our expectations. He is a master tiler who performed all phases of the job . We have hired him to remodel our master bath.
