The dealer was friendly. NO high pressure sales. The price and extra offers on this particular generator (Generac) were great. The work was very professional. Finished job (wiring and installation) looked great and functioned well. I plan on using use this company for their yearly maintenance on the generator. Very happy with this transaction. No issues.

From the minute the crew arrived until the job was finished and still today it's been a nightmare. When the owner came out to our house to sell us the generator we agreed on a price of about $7800 and then we went to see where it would be placed. There is only one place on our property that it really makes sense. That's not the place this guy chose. He wanted us to put it in the middle of the walkway in front of the gate to our backyard which would make it impossible to open the gate and use the walkway. We told him that was ridiculous and that it needed to be moved over in front of our garden near the fence. We agreed on that location wrote up the deal give them a deposit and waited. Everything was a little delayed because there was some bad weather but when they finally came out they began installing the generator in the middle of the walkway in front of the gate. When we told them that was the wrong location they said that's where their boss had instructed them to install it. We told them no that was wrong and I don't remember exactly how it went but I know that Dan we had to come down and we argued over it and reminded him that we told him how stupid it was to block the gate and the walkway and finally he agreed that we could put it where we wanted even though he said we never made that decision at the time we rode up the deal. And he said it was now going to cost him more money but he was going to eat it and be a nice guy. So after he screwed up and didn't take notes and Dave hit wrong instructions and gave us a bunch of crap he then acted like he was doing us a favor and it's costing him money which was not the case it was what we originally agreed upon. Next thing that happened was the guy he hired to install the gas line was attempting to install the gas line attached to the front of my house my wife freaked out and said no that needs to go underground and he then call Danley freaking out that he had to dig a ditch to install this gas line underground Dan we came over the two of them are viewed it was nasty the plumber was very arrogant and told him that that's what this was going to cost him and Dan weekend told us that he was going to eat the cost and he was doing us a favor. The problem with all that is when the inspector came to inspect the gas line he told us that in the Township of old Bridge gas lines must be run underground and if he had installed across the Front of my house he would have had to reinstall it underground and do twice the work. So we actually save them work. So the plumber who didn't know that he had to install gas line underground also had to drill through my porch using a hammer drill to get through sender block and brick it took an hour to an hour and 15 minutes to get through my house vibrated constantly as if it was going to fall apart for that length of time. Over the next few weeks as it snowed melted froze remelted snowed froze again and again I could see cracks developing all throughout my porch the side was falling apart on both sides the steps at all cracked and we're falling apart all around my railings was crumbling and I called this man and asked him to come out and see what damage has been done by the plumber he hired. He refused to come out and sent the plumber out to my house on announced blowing cigarette smoke in my Face and telling me that that damage was already there and that I'm just trying to get my porch repaired for free and he brought some real dirty looking guy who claim to be a mason and they laughed at me the entire time while they were telling me that they didn't do this damage and I was just a deadbeat looking to get free work. The truth is if that damage was on my porch when they started that work and they didn't make me aware of it, they're pretty **** stupid because that's why need to walk around with a rental car to make sure that the damage was already there so you can't be accused of it. Had that damage bin on my porch they would have surely noticed it as bad as it is and would have done a walk around showing me the damage so they wouldn't be accused of it. If they didn't do that they're extremely unprofessional or they're lying and the truth is there lying because there was no damage on my porch prior to Danley hiring this man to work on my porch. As a matter of fact my landscaper came up on my porch in February or March of the following spring and said to me what the **** happened to your porch? I explained it to him and that they blamed me and said that it was already that way he immediately agreed to go to court for me because he knows having been my landscaper at that time for five years that he's in my yard and on my porch every week for 35 weeks a year and that damage was never there before Danley's plumber worked on my house. I attempted to get Danley to submit this to his insurance company but he refused. I asked him for his insurance certificate he agreed and never provided as soon as I had a problem he went from Mr. nice guy to Mr. nasty and even the girl that answers the phone turned into a total you know what I mean, anyway I would steer clear not only because of all of this. when we bought the generator we got the first annual check up for free, the guy came out to do my check up told me that they never used that plumber again because he did so much damage at my house that they had to find somebody else. The technician who did my check up also told me that the check up is normally A few hundred dollars for what amounts to be a spark plug oil filter and oil change. About equal to what you would do to a large lawn mower He said it's really worth about 75 bucks but they get hundred and I should look elsewhere if I'm gonna pay for it, or just do it myself because it's very easy. Everything went smoothly until it didn't and then Danley became uncooperative, unprofessional, nasty, ignorant, rude and refused to do anything to help us he also said he agreed with the plumber that we were just trying to get repairs for free. I would never do business with this guy again and would recommend steering clear there's another Generac distributor right in the Manalapan area who has a much better reputation.

He was very careful explaining it to me prior to ordering the part. He also told me that it may not solve the problem, and let me decide if I still wanted to purchase the part, very thorough. The new breaker is very superior.

Got three other estimates and not only were they least expensive but gave an extended warranty and are a premier Generac dealer. Very professional and great service and support. Top notch and very happy I used them.

Just before my mother put her house on the market, we called the Danleys to install a new range hood over the stove, repair a door bell and fix some basement light fixtures. Coincidentally, they were working one block away and came right over. The three men finished all the work and did some troubleshooting that might occur during the home inspection. They were professional, courteous and very punctual.

Danley showed up a little late to the appointment, but was overall very professional. They were efficient in getting their work done and explained how my electrical system worked, including not giving me an extra GFCI for the bathroom once they realized two bathrooms were on the same circuit.

VERY GOOD WORKMANSHIP. THEY ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL. I WAS VERY HAPPY WITH THE COMPANY AND THE PRICE. WE HAVE USED THEM A COUPLE OF TIMES BEFORE AND I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO OTHERS.
