ike seemed real nice and friendly when he first came over to give us an estimate. He promised us all sorts of features and that if we ever had an issues, they’d help us troubleshoot them. Mike prided himself on only using the best of the best and only 4K resolution cameras. I asked him for a picture of the cameras and they were only 2K resolution. So he proceeds with excuses and then up charges me for the 4K cameras even though that’s what we agreed on when he came over for the estimate. First red flag. They come and do the installation. They arrived super late and didn’t finish until 1am. They left all sorts of garbage everywhere. The wiring job they did in the attic was a joke. All the Ethernet cables are just loosely hanging, they didn’t bother to clean them up and secure them down. Right after the installation, we had several quality issues with the cameras. Aaron I guess is the one that handles issues. So I contacted him and told him what’s going on. It takes him 1-3 weeks to even return a text or call and then makes a million excuses as to why he hasn’t contacted me back. This went on for 3 months since installation. Half the time the cameras don’t load because the software they use is absolute garbage and it has terrible support. It’s now been over a month since I last contacted Aaron about the issues I’m having. To this day, he has not replied to my texts or calls and I’m stuck with cameras that don’t load. Stay far away from this company. The only reason why I went with this company is because Mike claims to be a Veteran and I’m a Veteran myself. It’s real crappy to think that a Veteran would screw over another Veteran like this.

My experience working with Aaron and Mike was a pleasant one. Setting up a call for them to come out was easy and they were here assessing the problem within a couple of days. Better yet, the problem was solved in less than 30 minutes of them being here. Thanks for your help!

If you want the job done right! Hire Mike and his crew. He installed additional camera around my house and correct previously installed camera. He also installed outside speakers for us. It’s becoming rare case finding a company and people who actually care and passionate on what they do. Mike and his team are hard workers and don’t leave you until the job is done right. Will I hire him again? I already did for all my offices to take care of the security cameras. Don’t take my word for it just get a consultation with him if you have a project and you will see what I am talking about.

We hired Volt Communications to install Ring cameras around our house. Mike, the owner, knew what he was doing and cared about our needs. We had some glitches in the system (not his fault) and he took the time to make sure everything was fixed even though it took a couple of weeks to trouble shoot. A little show to respond to emails but he always got back to us. He also liked our dog! We would definitely recommend them.

Mike was awesome, did a great job! He took extra time and waited since i needed to go back to Home Depot to return the Ring doorbell since it was registered to someone else. He waited til i returned so i would not be without a doorbell. I would definitely hire again!
