It was for $7,500. The best part was getting pictures of the roof. They were late, but they did call. I had another company come out and they said I didn?t need a new roof.

Did not do any work. It took them a few days to send me the pictures and an estimate for a new roof. The person that came out was a salesperson, that was a red flag, because I knew they were going to try to sell me something. I probably would have dealt with a local company and not used the Big Deal. Price for the Big Deal was fair.

The service man showed up on time, but only took pictures of the roof. I was under the impression that they were going to fix the skylight. Regardless, he gave me a quote so i could decide what I wanted to do. Upon receiving his quote, when i tried to schedule this service, the company was unresponsive and never replied back to multiple emails. Roofers are a dime a dozen, I would suggest finding another company due to their lack of professionalism and responsiveness.

For the $98 roof inspection and tune-up that I paid for, that included up to 4 flashing seals, (and I expected they would fix it within the contract,) Saenz inspected the roof and proposed that it was in "terrible" shape, the exhaust pipes and flashing were all incorrectly installed, and the price to fix this would be $1600. This was a classic example of bait and switch. Once I had them in to inspect, they tried to get me to pay much more for service that I did not need. I cannot recommend them due to my poor experience. The only bright side is that The technician who came to the house was very polite and professional. I had to hire someone else who inspected the roof free of charge and fixed it for a fair price.

Very well. - I need a small patch job - and they are a very big company and have a high minimum rate for a small job. But even when he knew I would probably not go with him, he gave me a very thorough inspection and showed me pics of exactly what needed to be done.. It was a helpful analysis. If I have a bigger job, I would be very comfortable going back to them.

Very Friendly and accomodating. Did an analysis on the roof leakage issue in the attic and on the roof. Quickly write up an estimate for $1200. Came back next day to fix the roof and left. Needed a little pushing to ensure he tests the leakage. The problem seemed resolved. After a few weeks the leakage appeared in another location of the roof. Called them back to look into. They had missed doing the analysis on the other side of the roof. Remediated the issue the same day. No issues. Overall pleasant experience.

The provider came to inspect the issues from prior work they did. We made and agreement regarding the issues. It took quite awhile to complete the work and initial agreements made were not honored. But the problems were addressed and I am satisfied.

Serviceman came and surveyed my roof for small defects and put silicon on several areas that were loose. Additionally I asked him to give mean estimate to put on a new roof. He gave me a fair estimate around $13k.

We were not pleased. Didn't feel like the inspector was very knowledgeable, and that it became more of a sales pitch for a new roof. The area that he said was causing the leak made no sense. Called someone else to take a look, he diagnosed the problem, fixed it immediately and declined to charge us for his service.

He's great. He was a nice young man. He checked the drainage and everything was fine.

Horrible experience - worst I've ever had and I'm a homeowner for over 30 years. I reviewed this company when the work was considered complete by them. But this year because of the damage they did to the gutters while doing the roofing, new leaks have appeared. So I feel obligated to do an update.

The repair to the house roof, I saw pictures and I am satisfied. HOWEVER, the flat roof is shoddy... very shoddy. Different material was used that looks terrible from the bedroom door. The railing is a mess. The men worked hard on it but I don't think they had any experience with that type of work. Pieces are missing; railings don't meet; they tried to fill the gaps with caulking; it is no longer secure - it shakes. VERY VERY disappointing. I sent a letter to the company to give them the opportunity to fix it - NO RESPONSE.

It went fine. I didn't pay more than the big deal price because I was unwilling to pay more. Ultimately, the one thing that I was a little taken back by was what the roof maintenance package should have included. They said that there was a limit to what they would do when it comes to like covering up nails. He made it seem like there was a limit. I understand that you are only paying a certain amount for the package but it didn't seem clear what those constraints were. When he showed up on site and told that to me, I was a little caught off guard. From a communication perspective, it would make sense for them to kind of recount what the details of their support are going to include and what it doesn't include so that I am well aware of it. It is probably my fault but am a consumer. They could be more transparent about what is included in their price. They weren't pushy or selling or anything like that. They gave me a total budget but it is out of my budget right now. I am not going to move forward with it. But, it is good to know what the cost would be if I wanted to move forward with what they suggested. The price for the deal was fine.

The second time he came, they did exactly what I expected and gave me the correct estimate. They caulked and fixed my roof issues and I was very happy.

They did a very good job. There was a little confusion to schedule the work but it wasn't that difficult. Overall, it was good. It was not excellent but they did a good job. I think the price was right. I just spoke to them.

It was an OK experience. The service technician was accommodating though the deal wasn't what I anticipated.

It was a joke! The 'maintenance' was, in my opinion, a rip off. It is just another word for an estimate that you have to pay for. The guy stayed up there MAYBE 10 minutes and said I either could do a new roof or fix the one I have. I only got the one estimate and never even got the other estimate even though I sent at least three requests.

I know other contractors would rather put effort in replacing a whole roof but if your issue isn't that big and just want to avoid potential problems in the future Saenz tune up is a good bet.

The appointment went well. They gave me an estimate in repairing or replacing the roof. I am waiting for the final proposal to my my decision . The company are very responsive and professional.

Essentially I paid $100 for an estimate. When I expressed concern about the $1600 estimate, after the Saenz employee placed another call to the office it came down to $1300. I was encouraged to commit to repairs quickly because prices would go up with so much demand. I felt like I was dealing with an unreputable used car dealer. Save your money and go elsewhere.

Very professional. Best contractor I've had in a very long time. Provided before and after pictures. Highly recommend.

Chris was very professional , courteous and knowledgeable in answering all my questions. He was very thorough in inspection and sealing of few areas of the roof. He took lots of pictures and explained in detail what needed to be done. I am awaiting the roof estimate from Saenz contracting to replace my roof in next 90 days if the price is right.i recommend them for any roofing, siding, gutter jobs. I will repeat business with them in the future should a need arise.

Fantastic! They showed up that weekend and had the main roof done On Saturday and the flat roof on Sunday. Came back and finished the porch ceiling. The different crews that complete each job were professional and courteous. The flat roof that has been a thorn in my side for years (replaced twice) finally was replaced with some solid composite material I think is used to make pools and tubs (real solid). I typically have not been impressed with the contractors that have worked on my house but these guys were fantastic. I strongly recommend these guys.
