Description of Work: I was looking for a good Contractor that has good requirements and that are Licensed, with great credibility with the BBB. When I came across Angie's List. I was reading the package deal that this company had "SC SAENZ CONTRACTORS, INC" a roof inspection! It was exactly what I wanted, I purchased it and they called, we scheduled an appointment and when the gentleman arrived he handed me a folder explaining everything and showing me the company's credentials, very impressive! My roof was inspected as well as my chimney and gutters. Best thing is that they gave me a date and time and where at my home earlier which was very impressive! The young man that came to my house was very polite, respectful and explained and showed me what I needed done. I was very please with this company and especially appreciate the calls, emails and text from them. I truly recommend this company. Best of all, it's on Angie's List!
