The salesperson, when we were looking at vanities & sinks in the store, was helpful. We ordered a sink, matching vanity & bottle trap on 7/3/2012 with the understanding that it would be stored in their warehouse until our contractor was ready to remodel our bathroom and pick-up this merchandise to install. A short while later we received a call from Mildred, who sold us the merchandise, that we had to pick up the order. My husband explained that we told her at the time we paid in full that it probably couldn't be picked up by the contractor until he started remodeling our bathroom. Finally she agreed. In early November 2012 he picked everything up. After installing the hanging vanity and sink, which came with terrible directions, he found that the screws to attach the long chrome handles to the two drawers, were missing. We immediately called the store, spoke to Mildred and was told she'd get back to us. When she didn't, we called again and she said she'd have to send an e-mail to the company and would call us. We did not receive a call back. After waiting for a call that wasn't coming, I called the store and was told she wasn't in. I explained the situation - that the vanity and sink and parts were installed, but we couldn't open either drawer because the screws were missing. He said I could go to Home Depot to pick up screws. I responded that the store was responsible and that these metric screws probably wouldn't be found at Home Depot and that this store should remove the screws from the display vanity and give them to us so that we could use the vanity/sink that we paid over a thousand dollars for. He said he'd have to wait until Mildred came back on Monday to talk to her. Mildred called on Monday saying she'd have to write to Spain for the screws. We responded that it could take several weeks to get the screws and we needed them now. She said she was going to Home Depot to buy screws and we haven't heard from her again. At this point, we cannot use the vanity. It is obvious that when 'selling' their merchandise, they are customer friendly. But if anything goes wrong after the purchase, they are not helpful at all. We will never buy anything at this store again - and don't know if they'll ever give us the screws we need so that we can use the vanity. Otherwise, we wasted our money. Their customer service is terrible. All they had to do was give us the screws on the sample vanity at the store.
