I was very impressed with how smooth everything went. My sales specialist was Bill Hines. He was so helpful and Very informative. This was my first purchase of a new set of appliances in 20 years so I had lots of questions and he answered all of them. A pleasure to work with. I am thinking about a new dish washer and when I’m ready will come back and have Bill Hines handle the sale. He is an asset to the organization. Delivery is scheduled for September 3rd.

What a pleasure it was to do business with Jonathan at this store. Given our country's current situation, Jonathan and the staff made us feel comfortable and safe in the store while conducting our transaction. We met with Jonathan and told him what we were looking for. Within minutes, we had our TV in hand and he gave us the best deal around. Jonathan told us the difference between all the models available to us. We also got a free pair of LG earbuds as part of the deal. I was unable to make the necessary corrections. They offered to come to my home and do it for FREE. I dealt with Andrew - a man who derives pleasure from making others happy (so rare these days).

They were very reliable. Everything is displayed beautifully, they have educated educated people explaining the product. They have competitive price, they're very cooperative, they do what has to be done to make fix the customer's problems. I have never had any problems with them.

I went to their warehouse and it went well. My refrigerator was delivered like they said. I bought the floor model and it had a piece missing, but I called them and they got it to me in a day or two.
