I asked if they had someone that could clean the furnace and Michael, the owner, told me that they did. I talked to Vinny and made and appointment for August 27th, 2015. I ended up having a doctor's appointment and had to reschedule for August 31st, 2015. He apparently had written me down for Friday, the 28th, when I told him I wasn't available previously that day. He said he would be at my home between 8:00 am - 9:00 am on the 31st. He called about ten till 8 and said that he had an emergency and would be here within 2 hours. When I hadn't heard anything for several hours, I called both Michael and Vinny to see what was going on. Vinny finally showed at ten after noon. When I called Michael he never called me back and I felt ignored. When Vinny was working, he had received a call from Michael telling him that he needed to apologize to me for being late and everything that we've gone through to get this done. He did end up apologizing to me, but not until after Michael told him to which made be a little leery. When I went downstairs I found Vinny's tools and ended up having to call him to let him know. Come to find out he was heading up to Shore Hills. I was under then impression this was a local company, when apparently the work has been sub contracted. Between the work being sub contracted, having to be told to apologize, tools being left, and no response when I tried to call Michael several times, I will no longer be doing business with them.
