Mid-state pools traveled quite the distance to come to our home to provide us with a quote for a new liner and drainage system for our pool. They were very detailed in the analysis and seemed exceptionally well versed in pool talk. Unfortunately we decided to use a family friend to do the job, but we will surely recommend Mid-State to anyone whom asks for a good pool company!

My pool had a lot of problems last year and kept losing water so we did not use it and closed it up in August 2012. I called 5 different pool companies - including my original one - to get estimates based on the test results from last summer and explained the problems I was having. Of the 5 , only 4 called back and out of those 4 only 3 actually showed up. Mid State Pool Liners was the most professional by far!! The appointment was on time, as stated, and included a complete written estimate of all possible remedies. So I knew going in what my worst case scenario would be. They scheduled the work, showed up on time and were done quickly. The team was professional, courteous, and cleaned up after themselves completely. At the end of the day I was left with a working pool , all work guaranteed, and they came back the next day after the pool filled up with water to make sure everything was okay. Fantastic experience !! Great pool company and I will highly recommend them.

Got estimates from quite a few places.mid state was somewhere in the middle. everybody there was great to work with. Great bonus getting an install from these guys - they save your water.They set up a few portable pools, and pumped my pool into these things. the job took 2/3 of a day, and when they finished they had pumped all that saved water back into my pool.I just needed to top it off withabout 3 inches from my hose.

They arrived promptly in the morning on an extremely hot day (heat index of 105). They worked non-stop throughout the extreme heat and were very helpful of my concerns with one of the walls. From initial estimate to final product, not a single thing went wrong. Could not have gone any easier. Great Job!

We are very happy with the job this company did. The crew arrived early in the morning and stayed until 7:00 at night to complete the job. Our pool needed all new foam and quite a bit of repair work done before the new liner could even be installed. The crew kept my husband informed and showed him what needed to be done. The work was completed neatly and satisfactorily. The coping was painted and looks great, and the new liner makes the pook look new! The price was a few hundred dollars higher than other estimates we received, but we chose this company based on its reputation and because they save the pool water. We have a well and were concerned about burning out our well pump if we had to refill the entire pool, so the fact that MidState saves the pool water was important to us. We are very pleased with our new liner and would recommend this company!

They pumped the pool water into what looked like kiddie play pools (by waiting until late in the season they had enough of these available that I was able to keep most of the 40,000 gallons), installed a bottom drain (previously I only had skimmers) and a two way valve to allow me to choose the volume of water in each one, lined the sides of the pool with a foam material that both retained hear and lowered the chance of puncturing the liner, and installed the liner. It was done, as I recall, in a couple of days and I was very pleased with the operation. Next spring, after I opened the pool I noticed that a retainer that kept the liner in place in one corner was pulling out a bit, and I made a note to call them to fix it. But, before I got around to it, I noticed about a week later that it had been fixed - they must have come back to check it while I was out and taken care of it. I am only guessing at when it was done, but I am pretty certain that it was about ten years ago and it has help up very well. After ten years the original liner was very much the worse for wear. Assuming that over reviews were favorable (things could have changed over ten years) I would definitely use them again.

We had such a positive experience!! All Mid-State workers we interacted with were professional, helpful and extremely friendly . From the estimate , to the pool measurements, to the payments and dates for the install. The Team that came out to install were so careful since our yard was fully landscaped and has beds everywhere. They arrived early and stayed late cleaned up everything before they left for the day. Called to make sure we were happy with everything. We would highly recommend them !!

It was a very positive experience!! All Mid-State representatives we interacted with were professional, helpful and extremely responsive. From the initial consultation, Frank was very friendly and knowledgeable about the installation especially when dealing with an older pool. Marie in the Office was wonderful at answering my questions and coordinated the liner selection, pool measurement, payments and dates for the install. The Team that came out to install the liner were top-notch. They arrived early and stayed late, putting forth only 110% effort to get the job done. It was amazing to watch the Team deal with the wall collapse in stride and then tackle the process again despite the extreme weather (heat and then storms) and long work days. The construction was done well with attention to detail that makes us confident in the installation and enjoyment of the pool for years to come.

I found them through Angie's List. They provided quality service. It was their busy season and they still took us on with the understanding that there may be some delays. We had a couple of bumps in the road, but they were fixed. They went beyond the call of duty and made sure we were happy. They even provided the documents for capital improvement. We are happy with their services.

I found this company on Angie's list. The Sales Rep showed up on time and was friendly and informative. Seeing we had a desperate need for repair, he contacted the owner of the company who arrived later that day to evaluate and give us an estimate. The owner went out of his way to work with us on keeping prices manageable by allowing us to do some of the preliminary work ourselves. They were patient while we arranged financing, and gave us a reasonable start date. The liner was ordered and everything came in on time. The crew who actually dug out the walls, replaced the walls, floor, and liner, and ran the new lines to the filter were highly skilled, polite, hard workers, and amazing to watch. Even the boss came out a couple of days to help with the digging and putting in the new liner. I had just a couple of problems dealing with the company, most having to do with communication after the contract was agreed upon. Although the customer service/office staff were polite and professional over the phone, they didn't always know what to tell me when the crew didn't show up on time a couple of times; they should have been more forthcoming and proactive. It sometimes seemed they didn't always keep each other fully aware of their last conversations with the customer (me). The total project time took a few more than the 2-3 days originally quoted. And when the installation was finished, I found there was no vacuum lid to the skimmer basket, which should have been part of the whole package. It was an additional tiny cost, and almost another 2 weeks before it was delivered. They could be more organized. Overall the company is well experienced, friendly, and did excellent work. Excellent work!

Wonderful. The tech was punctual and polite. He explained exactly how they would do it and how long it would take including associated costs.

I received more than six estimates on replacing our pool liner over the past 2 years. The man who came out for the estimate was professional, polite, knowledgeable and on time. I would say that most of the prices I received were close in range but these guys had the most value for that price.Their prices were plainly written on the contract...nothing made up...so you knew what to expect...no surprises....prices, terms and payment schedule very transparent. The office folks were very helpful and diligent in trying to reach me once I sent in the deposit to get me on schedule. The guys who installed the pool liner were amazing. This was the only company in my area that would put up temporary pools to hold the pool water while they replaced the liner. No one else offered a solution to my water issue. I have a well, so this was a huge cost savings for me. They worked very efficiently and were very nice and polite and seemed to enjoy what they were doing...and this ended up being the hottest day of the year. The minute they got out of their truck they started their work and finished in about 5 hours. The installers left and you would have never known that they were there. Everything was picked up. The most difficult part of this experience, after I picked Mid-State, was picking the liner pattern (the liner brand they use is a large company)...really, that's how easy and convenient this was. We had such a difficult time when we installed the pool that I guess I was expecting to have issues. I would definitely recommend them. They seemed ethical, up front, professional, and delivered a product that we are very happy with....our pool looks brand new. The only thing I am disappointed in is that they didn't do a follow-up call or ask me to write a review...they do such nice work, they should put that into their process.

They came when they said they would. finished quickly. Taught me how to use the chlorinator. Where prompt and friendly. I would recommend them to all my friends.

On time within budget and pleasant to deal with.

Completed in 3 hours; they pumped the pool water into holding pools and pumped it back into our pool with minimal loss! Very impressive. They cleaned the steps and repaired the surface under the liner. The liner installation was flawless.

They were wonderful, A+! We have used them twice already, and plan to continue using them.

I was very dissatisfied with their follow-up and what this company put me through. After they installed the liner, a problem began to develop with the rubber gasket that holds the liner in place. After 2 weeks of repeated calls for them to come out and fix this and then given no response whatsoever, I decided to call another company to help me. Before this new company came out though, a neighbor told me that they witnessed this company show up, come into my backyard without me knowing it, and take a roofing hammer to set the gasket back in place. I was very mad at hearing this and will not use their services again.

IF I NEEDED IT DONE AGAIN I WOULD HIRE THEM. I HAVE ACTUALLY USED THEM BEFORE. I WAS HAPPY WITH THE JOB THAT THEY DID, THEY WERE ALWAYS HERE ON TIME AND THEY GOT THE WORK DONE ON SCHEDULE. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM.
