Excellent service, very informative and friendly.

I called for a central air unit fan that was not spinning on Monday night and it was fixed the next morning before noon. Condenser needed to be replaced and they had one on the truck that was fixed in minutes.

Professional big chain group that I had no problems with. Their recommendation was to replace and they got a crew in the next day. Didn't have to worry about heat for the winter.

Gold Medal was very dishonest. I had too pay them approximately $100 to give an estimate for the work. Their estimate was way too high, and when I told them I am not willing to pay that much, the representative called his supervisor. He gave a new verbal quote, which was more reasonable. When I got a written quote it wasn't the the lower verbal quote I got. He told me he would honor the verbal quote. I said I would have to discuss with my wife. Two days later when they called to find my decision, he denied ever giving me a verbal quote. I was ripped off for $100. I wouldn't use Gold Medal Services.

Job was not completed properly. They have to come back and fix it. Very disappointing.

Very prompt service. They came right on time. Explained consequences of clearing drain. They did everything to keep the bathtub and floor clean. I would hire again for plumbing needs! Price was great and they will come back if I experience another clog within the year.
