Product well presented/explained and much lower price compared to 2 estimate i had..direct to customer savings, One estimator that represented Home depot was a disaster! very unprofessional, gave customer a feeling of guilt if i didnt decide to sign up. Terrible marketing ability.. that will be a bad asset for Home Depot.....

I have two furnaces of different sizes. The two were switched which meant one was oversized and one was undersized. They were both installed and complete before the mistake was realized. Big mistake. They spent a second day remedying the situation and increased the warrantee period by 5 years as well as increased the efficiency of the larger unit as a form of compensation. All in all they were professional and their work was clean and neat.
