The guy cut my ceiling mounding and tile to fix the pipe however this was unnecessary because the molding could of been removed and the tile was not in the way. Furthermore they overcharged me the guy insisted I needed to take a protection plan and he charged me an additional $299.00 for a protection I will never use. Overall the work was sloppy and this company takes advantage of people in emergency situations. There a bunch of thieves.

Knowledge, took a little time to explain what they were doing. It was a big job but they left the job space clean and took any the garbage. I’d definitely use them again.

My experience upon arrival of the tech was VASTLY different than my experience with customer service. Technician Isaac arrived on time, explained every aspect of my problem and his solution step by step, and talked to me throughout the project to keep me abreast of the project. He restored my faith in this service pro, and I will DEFINITELY use Gold Medal again. Kudos!!

Very informative and helpful. answered alot of my questions and even provided suggestions for other services. Also offered a membership program that I plan to use in the future. After I read some reviews that the pricing may have been high.

Highly overpriced! Go with the little guy and give him the business. They charged me $500 for a $30 part and installation (found out afterward from another Gold Medal team member that should not have happened). Horrible!

Much too expensive for the job that had to be done. Also, scratched my stainless steel sink. Next time will go to Lowes for an installation job.

On the first day, the technician told us that he felt snaking the clogged kitchen pipe might either tear the soldered joints on the inside of the pipe loose and cause further damage or he might have simply bored a hole into the copper pipe and then suggested the whole length of pipe be replaced. He went out to his truck and came back saying that another technician would be at the house at or about nine the following morning. I called Gold Medal at about 10:30 and was told the team was hung up on an earlier job and I would receive a call when they were on their way. At about noon the call came saying they would be here within the hour, and they did arrive about 1 p.m. Once here, the team was very efficient and knowledgeable, diagnosed the situation and began the replacement procedure. By approximately 5:30 p.m. the pipe was fixed and they were on their way. I will add that they cleaned up after themselves and did everything they could to accommodate us. Cost was more than we had anticipated, but at least, of the other plumbers called. they were the only one to have called us back.

Needed an emergency gas furnace replacement and had the central air replaced as well. Work was done promptly and professionally. We are very pleased. Eric & Cody did a great job.
