I had an emergency, water in the basement. They replaced my water heater and even cleaned up when they were done. It was 2:00am and they were just as friendly, professional and courteous.

Technician was on time with schedule appointment. Very courteous and knowledgeable. He performed excellent work and we are very happy with everything. I would definitely call Gold Medal again for future work.

They arrived on time. They called to let me know they were on the way. The technician had covers on his shoes and he explained everything he was going to do for me and also let me know what else in my house needed attention or would need attention soon. They left my home as clean when they left as when they arrived. I would recommend Gold Medal to all of my friends for any of the services they provide.

The original time estimate was 8 am - noon, they called to explain they were delayed and arrived at 1 p.m. The plumber was courteous and very professional. He rebuilt the cartridge in the broken faucet in the shower rather than just replacing the faucet with a new one. They warned me that rust particles built up in the shower faucet had caused the problem and identified the water heater (over 12 years old) as the likely source of the rust. They cleaned up thoroughly when they were done. Everything worked well.
