Did a good job. There was a minor issue that arose after they left. I called and they came back quickly and fixed it at no additional charge.

Technician Matt was excellent.

The office caller called me informing me of the technician's arrival time in 20 mins, purposely hung up on me because I was explaining how I just recently received a call by dispatch giving a much later time, causing me to reschedule out my day differently as I was not home at the time and would now have to rush home. She was rude and began talking over me as she apparently did not want to hear it - and said things can happen to change that and, hung up. I understood that but it was how she said it and the fact that this now made for a 2 hour difference in the estimates. She hung up in a huff as I was expressing that. All could have worked out, but the fact that she hung on me killed everything and I canceled the service.
