Electricians cost a lot but I believe it,s standard in the profession. they did a good job.

The technician that worked on my plumbing project was right on time, very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. He was also extremely careful on keeping everything clean. Price was also fair and service was initiated on same day he came to assess work and completed a day later. Very fast turnaround and much appreciated.

This company is over priced, most plumbers will work by the hour, they overprice by the job.we had many small jobs for them , but after he priced everything out, had him do the shower faucet only. There In inflated price of $607 , then discounts of $170 still a inflated price was paid to them for a total of 45 minute repair and Moen part #1225B ( $21.00). He spend more Time pricing and talking. I ran a Appliance retail and repair for over 40 years, and know a scam when I see it.

The tech was extremely polite and warm. He knew what was wrong right off the bat. We chatted a bit before he left. Great guy!

The technician who fixed my problem was great. He was on time and listened to what I thought the problem was. However, the customer service group who made the appointment was terrible. They had had given me a date 7/5 between 12-4. Then they called to tell me 4-8 PM so I told the no. They rescheduled for Tuesday 7/9 for 8-12. This is the appointment they kept. I think they overbook themselves and then cannot deliver. Also although the work was okay they are way over-priced.

It took them longer then expected to get the parts to rebuild the shower controls in my bath. Other then that they installed them quickly.

Gold Medal Services was a pleasure to work with from scheduling the service to work being done. Very professional, efficient and informative. Would highly recommend.

They went the extra mile to install a combination fan and light fixture. The hole in the ceiling had to be enlarged slightly and they had to make two trips to Home Depot to get it done. Very professional work.

Great job but their prices for additional work seemed high.

The contractor performed the work without permit. Then requested permit took 7 days to file it which caused the tenant to stay without power. Failed inspections 2 times with the town ship. Caused me to pay for the tenant in hotel for 8 days. Charged me bulk number by forcing without break down of the cost labor and material. Disregard the old panels for insurance inspections which is getting me pay out of pockets. Failed inspection with PSE&G.

They did a great job! It was expensive work but I'm so grateful I hired them. They were in and out within a day and installed a light AND exhaust for me.

These guys came to my home and discussed my options thoroughly and explained what to expect. The price was higher than I expected but I went with them anyway. The crew that came to complete the work was great. They were respectful of my family and my home. I forgot to discuss which type of panel they would be installing and to my surprise they used the best out there. That was my mistake but I was really happy they didn't take advantage of me by saving cost with a cheaper panel to raise their bottom line when they easily could have. Integrity was 100% in my eyes. The quality of work met my expectations and there was not a single issue. They did a great job cleaning up after themselves and made sure all the labels pointed to the right breakers. They showed me all the work they did and inspection passed no problem. You get what you pay for and these guys were worth the extra money.

Quick and efficient

The company definitely overcharges for services. They asked for 2k initially to install an attic fan. I got them down to a lower price, but its still a lot more expensive than an electrician.

I paid almost $400 and still didn't have a working bathroom sink when he left.
