The time slot I was given for a technician to arrive was noon to 4:00 pm. Around 12:30 I was advised the time would likely be closer to 4:00 because a previous job was taking longer than anticipated d. At 4:10 I called for an update and was told 5. After 5 I received a call from a technician who had just received the dispatch (newly assigned) who was 1.5 hrs away! He finally arrived at 7:15 pm. The project at my place took about 30 minutes. Since I live 45 mins away from this rental property, I had to be there all of this day waiting. I did get a $50 credit, but I m not sure of their reason, if it was for these difficulties or just a company promotion.

They did a fantastic job, however I believe the labor cost was a little steep. And they should share the maintenance on the water heater with the customer.

Called regarding slow and leaking drains in a 100 year old house. Also dripping faucet. Plumber they sent out says he doesn't do drains, couldn't identify the brand of faucet so couldn't repair that either. Had described jobs clearly to person in the office. But at least they didn't try to charge me for the service call. Back to going with a friend's recommendation.

For replacing the broken water feed line from the road to our water meter in the basement, the army of six were efficient and happy to explain their action plan throughout the entire production. From my discussions with each crew member, is was clear that they enjoy doing good work with each other. I enjoyed watching how the Gold Medal team tackled difficulties and seamlessly moved from Plan A to Plan B as Murphy's Law struck.....as it usually does.

Showed up on time and quickly addressed the issue. Price was reasonable and the technician was knowledgeable and courteous.

Way overpriced and you are impelled to join their 'club'. I was very pleased with the service. They arrived quickly and completed the work quickly, but now I am obligated to two heating system inspections and two air-conditioning inspections per year. All I wanted was to get the specific job at hand repaired and to be charged appropriately for just that job. Now i Feel as though I have joined a cult.

I received a phone call for a quote very quickly. The process from beginning to end was efficient and I had someone come to the house the same day. The technician was very knowledgeable, friendly, and cleaned up after completion of the job. He went above and beyond what was asked. The pricing was reasonable and comparable to other companies. I will definitely use their services again.

Excellent service knowledgeable, the only drawback he was finished in 10 minutes and I was charged 150 dollars thought that was a bit high for ten minutes of work.
