The service I received was great. The technician quickly identified the problem and source of leaking. It was a quick fix free of charge to troubleshoot.

Be careful about estimate you get for the work. I didnâ  t get 2nd and or third estimate. I think it is a good idea to get them.

The electrician fixed our problem. Able to troubleshoot. Showed up early. However the cost is too exorbitant. First tier (cheapest) troubleshooting pricing starts above $500. Considering the amount of hours ultimately spent, I find this is not cost effective at all. Will use again but only if the price is more reasonable

Making an appointment was quick and easy. Appointment was made for the following day. Patrick the technician called prior to the scheduled time to say he was ahead of schedule and arrived a few hours early. Patrick assessed what needed to get done, drew up the estimate, and upon approval got right to work. Patrick was very knowledgeable, professional, personable, and went above and beyond to get the job done. Upon completion totally cleaned up the work area and reviewed the work performed. Would recommend to anyone needing electrical work.

Good job with the installation. The price estimate at first was very high. I had to negotiate for a more reasonable price.

My only concern was the tech didn't knock when returning to my condo. he would just walk right in.
