Will never hire again. They tried to charge me over $1000 to install a toilet (competitors in the area charge $300-500), when I balked they then lowered the price by half which I agreed to, but then they installed the wrong size (a 12-inch into a 10-inch rough-in). Plumbing 101 is to measure first, which was not done and they tried to blame me and the design of the house. They tried to charge me $250 for their screw-up, which I refused. It took many phone calls and back and fourths to try and resolve this. To try and get some money out of me, they came back to install the correct size and finish the job at the original price, but with all the hassle I cannot recommend them for plumbing work based on their prices being 2-3 times what anyone else would charge and their difficulty in fixing their mistakes. If I had not dug in and refused to pay for their stay, they would have gladly taken advantage of me and taken my money while delivering on nothing.

They did respond but their price wasn?t what I was told.. The others never called to respond about the job. They are not it was 2 years ago.

Technician ( Mike McCabe) was friendly, courteous , excellent & professional. The service was provided on the next day after I called. They kept me informed concerning their arrival. The price for the repair ( including a Senior Discount + A $50 OFF coupon ) still did seem a bit high for the amount of work done, but I am not sure what the going rates are. Please note that Gold Medal was the ONLY company to respond to my request. I have used them a number of times in the past and my remarks above were fairly in line with past services. Overall, was very satisfied with the service.

I feel like I was overcharged for their service that fell short of my expectations. Upon completing a project where I was charged twice for nipple fassett and a filter for my boiler.

So glad to get all these small things done since my husband can no longer do them.
