I booked a gold Medal and told the coordinator, I desperately need the services done. I have 2 new lights that need to be installed. They were going to charge a 39.00 fee just to come out and do an estimate. I said can that fee be applied to the actual work? She said yes. I was texted they would be here between 10-2. I waited all 4 hours only to receive a voice mail at 3:15 that they would not be able to make it. I am so angry that even if they offered to do the work for free, I would say no way. I had power washers here from Staten Island NY and an interior decorator service. Everyone kept their appts, were on time, and were professional. Screw me once.

They came in to change the valve which I bought from Home Depot myself and charged me $200 for a 2 minute job. Don't work with them! They will beat you over the head. They are a scam!
