I booked service through Home Advisor and received confirmation email and text for the appointment. My wife took the day off of work to be home for the technician. The morning of I received a call saying they do not service the area I live. No apologies, just monotone repetition. I asked to speak with someone who could talk about compensation for wages lost and the customer service agent hung up the phone. Do not work with this company.

Professional, Clean, reasonably priced.

The only reason I cannot give a 5.0 for value is that due to the weather and our health issues we did not have the time to shop for other installers. My wife and I both thought the price was a bit on the high side, but not outrageously so. If we thought we were being ripped off, we would not have used them. For what we know, they may have been the least expensive company.

Even though I didn't get the service done, they did not try to rip me off and charge me for things that weren't needed. The guy that came out was very nice and was on time. They are a very professional company!

I would never use this company again. They tried to rip me off with overrated very high price, then lowered it when I said no. Finally agreed to a more reasonable price but still not sure if I was ripped off or not. The technician was very nice and professional though.
