Estimate was twice to three times as was quoted by two other electricians.

Did not fix anything. Wanted to replace everything for big bucks, even though not necessary. I told them to leave. Hiring someone else. Big disappointment!

Excellent but expensive

Gold Medals expert (?????) Omar D. (from Water Works) arrived and did not fix my toilet. He kept telling me that the toilet was old and that I should replace it. I told him that I was not going to replace the toilet, but he kept telling me that I should. If he did not have experience with older toilets, he should have said so and contacted Gold Medal to send out a more EXPERIENCED service expert. Instead, he screwed up my toilet. The float cup is still leaking every ten seconds (which is why I needed a repaid man) and whatever he did, when I flush the toilet the tank flush ball doe not go down which means that I have to lift the top off the toilet tank and push it down. I had to call in another plumber to fix not only the original problem but the additional problem Gold Medal left me with. I will never use them or you again for anything.

Courteous, pleasant, explained each step taken and gave me a choice. Cleaned up when completed and very neat. They were very expensive however. The serviceman did an excellent job.
