Very expensive and hook you into buying their contract.

Terrible company and customer service. Never ever use them!!!

They were on the expensive side, but they came right away, came back the next day on time and did all the work and then some. The technicians were very friendly and explained what they were doing so that we could do some of the small fixes ourselves next time. Excellent service.

Great technicians who communicate very well. Technician knew exact issue with why there was electric current running in gas meter. He gave exact diagnosis of the issue and he was 100% correct. AMAZING crew of men working for this company.

The company communicates via email the name and picture of the service person that will be doing the work. The service man was prompt, thorough, knowledgeable and their price was a little on the high side but reasonable.

Ed was excellent. He did a great job and was efficient and neat. He was timely, friendly and knowledgeable.

The service was quickly scheduled, the arrival window was reasonable, the technician notified me when he was on his way; he arrived well within the window, he was courteous and professional and he performed the work efficiently. I have used many many electrical contractors at all my homes and my electrician today was amazing and he gets a 11 out of 10... Honest, helpful and very professional.

Appointment was made promptly, for the day following my call. Electrician was very professional and helpful. He offered additional services, but did not press. Work was done quickly and to my satisfaction. Cost was high, but probably in the expected range for electrical professionals.

Gold Metal wanted to charge me almost 3x what insurance was paying.We came to a price $150 over insurance. If it was not because of a potential electrical outage i would have shopped around for quotes. Good work, but get quotes.. before hiring Gold Metal.

I feel I was highly overcharged by Gold Medal, but I had no other choice -- this was the only option of an electrician HomeAdvisor offered me and I desperately needed some light in my kitchen. The technition(s) (David Davydov & Asst.) worked rapidly and professionally for 45 minutes replacling the two wall switches (which I supplied) . The charge was $299 plus $20.56 tax for a total of $319.56. And I was told that there was no senior discount available, and that there was no guarantee because the new switches were not supplied by Gold Medal. I had been informed that If I opted for switches supplied by Gold Medal the cost would have been $425 plus tax. I feel that Mr Davydov took advantage of the fact that I, a senior citizen with no other option, was really in need of light in my kitchen. I will certainly never consider using Gold Medal Service again. And I am not impressed with the fact that HomeAdvisor did not offer me any other choices to consider. If Gold Medal Service or HomeAdvisor would care to discuss this matter further I would certainly be willing to arrange time for a chat. Sincerely, Donald L Bumgardner

They both did an excellent job. They completed the entire Scope of Work in less than 4 hours. Very accommodating and made sure that I was totally satisfied prior to departing.
