Good knowledge and commitment

Scheduled an appointment for Gold Medal to do an assessment and provide services. Shortly before they were supposed to arrive, I receive a call that the technicians are booked for the day! I took the day off from work (which i communicated) and all they could say is "is there another day you would be available for us to come??" ..... No, I already took one day off from work, not trying to take another day. They should have found a way to accommodate or compensate me since I took the day.

Professional, cleaned up after himself and courteous. Just a little overpriced IMO.

Immediately diagnosed the problem and fixed it. Very efficient and friendly.

Had all my outlets updated. The truck they work out of has all the supplies needed. He even replaced all the outlet covers! Electrician, Ed, was a Fast, super neat worker. Wore little booties over his shoes as to not dirty my floors. The company sent a text with his picture so I knew who was coming. Text when he was 30 minutes out. Really Well run. Prices are high, but I see why. Did get a discount. That was really nice.

Very professional service. Notify you when technician is on the way to home. Cleanup behind them self. Answer all question I had.

Brad was an excellent salesman and convinced me I needed new electric box and outside wiring before he could do the job I called about. He and partner did excellent job and very neat. However, Brad was Mr Doom and Gloom. According to him I have outlets all over the house that are about to melt down and cause fire or something disastrous. Even the outlet I originally wanted fixed he claimed will not last. However, for thousands of $ I can have have everything 100%. Not sure I would use them again because of his constant sales pitch -- must be company policy.

They lied when providing service, and overcharged for the estimate.

Needed to have a GIF outlet put near the back porch from the NON GFI outlet, and installed a ceiling fan, remote in my son's room. Ed gave me a realistic quote, completed the projects right then and was professional, cleaned up all the parts (even took the old broken fan, bonus!) and was exceptional in explaining the services from Gold Medal and was very comfortable in hiring them again!

Bill was extremely high priced for the job, but the work was excellent.

Excellent company. Friendly and thorough on the phone, while setting up appointments. Emails as reminders. Call when on the way with photo of tech. Very professional!

Project was disappointing because I was not told what the real problem was the first time. The guy replaced GFCI (?) that tripped most of the time. Called for warranty service call and second guy came and told me the it was the refrigerator that has a problem. I would have paid them less.

Worst company. No idea of customer service. I have been promised to start the work, but no response. No matter how many times I call their customer service, standard response, electrical manager will call you in 24 hours. several days passed, lost hope.

So far this was a first rate company...had to re-schedule 4 times before the work was done. But they were very professional and communicated well.

Matthew from Gold medal was excellent. He showed up on time and fixed the issue within minutes. He was courteous and very honest. Only complaint was I think the rates gold medal charges are a little high compared to local electricians. I would highly recommend Mathew.
